Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay system for a competition capable of obtaining desired images that cannot be obtained by a conventional TV relay, including a data display system by means of interactive communication. SOLUTION: The relay system for an athletic field is provided with a relay system comprising more than one wide view angle imaging device 1 for simultaneously picking up images with wide view angle, an image conversion device 3 for converting images obtained by the wide view angle imaging device into strip shaped images by a numerical processing, an image composition device 4 for compositing the strip shaped images, and an image transmitting device 6 for transmitting the composited images, and further comprising a tracking image generation device 5 for tracking a competition object specified by the viewer from the images obtained by the image composition device, a traveling characteristic measurement device 8 for measuring state quantities of the competition object, and a competition result prediction device 10.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a new radiation image conversion panel and enable recording and reproducing of the radiation image by using a fluorescent body including alkali metal element having a specific composition, rare-earth element and fluorine. CONSTITUTION:A fluorescent body expressed by M Ln3 F10:aAc is used (where M is at least a kind of alkali metal element selected among a group of Li, Na, K, Pb and Cs; Ln is at least a kinds of rare-earth element selected among a group of Y, La, Gd, Yb and Lu; and Ac is at least a kinds of rare-earth metal selected among a group of Eu, Ce and Tb; and is a value in the rage of 0<0.2). The radiation generated 11 from a subject 12 goes in a radiation image panel 13 and absorbed in stimulation luminescence layers in the panel 13. When electromagnetic wave in the wave length range of 450 to 800mm is irradiated to the panel 13 using the light source 14, the cumulative image of the radiation energy is radiated as accelerated luminescence. This image information is photoelectro converted 15 and the image is reproduced 16 and displayed 17.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a transmitting error caused by the lack of time, even when there is no margin in image conversion time in a transmitting standard since it is not necessary to conduct image conversion processing in the case of transmitting or the like by conducting transmitting and printing at high speed by respectively storing image data, to which image converting processing suitable for each of transmitting and printing is applied. SOLUTION: Corresponding to the image output destination, image processing is carried out a multiple number of times to the image data of one document stored on a RAM 2002 by an image-rotating part 2030, a resolution conversion part 2031, a color space converting part 2032 and a gradation conversion part 2033 and a plurality of image data are generated and respectively stored in an HDD 2004.
