TL;DR: In this paper, an omnibearing visual sensor for picking up an image around a vehicle is loaded on the vehicle, an image is formed from an image signal generated by the omnibaring visual sensor by an image input section 2, this omnibarcing image is converted into a cylindrical projected image by image conversion section 3, right and left rear side images of specified ranges around the right or left rear sides of the vehicle are selected from the obtained cylindular projected image, and these two rear-side images are displayed on one of the screen of a display
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the images of the right and left rear sides equivalent to the dead angles of a driver and having little distortion on the same screen. SOLUTION: An omnibearing visual sensor 1 for picking up an image around a vehicle is loaded on the vehicle, an omnibearing image is formed from an image signal generated by the omnibearing visual sensor 1 by an image input section 2, this omnibearing image is converted into a cylindrical projected image by an image conversion section 3, right and left rear side images of specified ranges around the right and left rear sides of the vehicle are selected from the obtained cylindrical projected image, and these two rear side images are displayed on one of the screen of a display section 4 composed of a liquid crystal display or the like.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present an imaging system and a debugging device, a debugging method and a fault locating method, which consists of a clock generation module and an image data module.
Abstract: The invention discloses an imaging system and a debugging device thereof, a debugging method and a fault locating method. The debugging device of the imaging system comprises: a clock generation module which is suitable for generating a synchronous clock signal, wherein the synchronous clock signal is suitable for simulate a synchronous clock signal of an image conversion module of the imaging system; and an image data module which is connected with the clock generation module and is suitable for outputting an image data signal of a predetermined image under the control of the synchronous clock signal generated by the clock generation module. The imaging system comprises the imaging system debugging device, the image conversion module, an image processing module, an image display module, a clock selection module, a processing selection module and a display selection module. Through the synchronous clock signal of the clock generation module and the image data signal of the image data module, debugging is performed on the image processing module and the image display module of the imaging system, and fault locating is performed on the imaging system.

TL;DR: In this article, a novel color image enhancement based on reflectance/illumination model is proposed, which promotes the log-domain computation to eliminate all multiplications, divisions and exponentiations utilizing the approximation techniques for efficient estimation of log2 and inverse-log2.
Abstract: A novel architecture for performing digital color image enhancement based on reflectance/illumination model is proposed in this paper The approach promotes the log-domain computation to eliminate all multiplications, divisions and exponentiations utilizing the approximation techniques for efficient estimation of log2 and inverse-log2 A new quadrant symmetric architecture is also incorporated into the design of homomorphic filter to achieve very high throughput rate which is part of V component enhancement in Hue-Saturation-Value (HSV) color space The pipelined design of the filter features the flexibility in reloading a wide range of kernels for different frequency responses A generalized architecture of max/min filter is also presented for efficient extraction of V component With effective color space conversion, the HSV-domain image enhancement architecture is able to achieve a throughput rate of 18265 million outputs per second (MOPS) or equivalently 528 billion operations per second on Xilinx's Virtex II XC2V2000-4ff896 field programmable gate array (FPGA) at a clock frequency of 18265 MHz It can process over 1742 mega-pixel (1024×1024) frames per second and consumes approximately 707% less hardware resource when compared to the design presented in [10]

TL;DR: In this article, a set of three coupled parabolic equations is solved by the Fourier transform method, and the analysis of the functions of image conversion from a signal frequency to a new frequency and to the image gain is focused.
Abstract: The manifestation of diffraction effects in two coupled three-frequency collinear processes in the presence of a single intense pump wave in a nonlinear optical crystal with a regular domain structure is considered. A set of three coupled parabolic equations is solved by the Fourier transform method. Attention is focused on the analysis of the functions of image conversion from a signal frequency to a new frequency and to the image gain. It was established that the influence of the subsequent process of image conversion by means of frequency mixing weakly affects the initial process of nondegenerate parametric interaction.

TL;DR: In this paper, the problem of providing an image display device, an image processing apparatus, a display system, and a control program to display an image by selection processing for scanning lines by a non-sequential scanning system is addressed.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device, an image processing apparatus, an image display system, an image display apparatus control program, and an image processing apparatus control program which suitably display an image by selection processing for scanning lines by a non-sequential scanning system. SOLUTION: The image display device 10 includes a panel 10a, a control part 10b, a drive part 10c, a frame memory 10d, an image analysis part 10e, an image conversion part 10f, and a selection order storage part 10g; and the image analysis part 10e analyzes an input image from an external device, the image conversion part 10f determines selection order of scanning lines based upon the analysis result of the image analysis part 10e and irregular selection order stored in the selection order storage part 10g, and image data are converted based upon the determined selection order to generate image data for non-sequential scanning, thereby displaying the generated image data by non-sequential scanning in the determined selection order.
