Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain image conversion processing based on filtering processing of multi-step constitution without requiring the acceleration of a memory to be used. SOLUTION: A connection circuit 102 connects sampled input image signals in each plural continuous pixel data and outputs the connected data. Output data for about one frame from the circuit 102 are stored in a storage element 103. The element 103 outputs signals to a storage element 104 based on an output from a storage element 107 in which calculated control data have been previously stored. The element 103 stores the signals inputted from the element 103 by volume larger than the number of taps of a filtering circuit 106 and outputs the signals to a selector circuit 105. The circuit 105 selects a signal necessary for the circuit 106 from the signals inputted from the element 104 and outputs the selected signal to the circuit 106. The circuit 106 generates an output image signal by using the signal inputted from the circuit 105.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image conversion panel which can prevent a degradation in image quality such as point defects appearing on an image caused by a protrusion or a concave part formed by the same appearing on the surface of a phosphor layer, and also to provide a method for manufacturing the radiation image conversion panel which makes it possible to obtain images of such high definition. SOLUTION: The radiation image conversion panel is manufactured by forming the phosphor layer on a substrate by a gas phase lay-up method in a vacuum chamber. The panel and the method for manufacturing it are characterized in that the protrusion or the concave part formed by the same which appears on the surface of the phosphor layer has been processed to be repaired. Notably, it is preferable to give the repair processing before the first cleaning of the surface of the phosphor layer after the completion of vapor deposition (before a heat treatment process). The beneficial effects of the method and system provided by the present invention are as follows: due to adoption of the method, the drawing can be rapidly analyzed, so as to complete the whole vector drawing conversion process, which greatly reduces the workload of original manual inputting.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving object detection and tracking apparatus, a moving object detection and tracking system, a moving object detection and tracking method and program capable of improving tracking performance of a detected moving object.SOLUTION: The moving object detection and tracking apparatus includes: a detection section 42 that detects an approaching object based on an image taken by a camera 2; an image conversion section 43 that converts the image into a model color image drawn with a model colors; a model color identification section 44 that identifies plural model colors in the detected approaching object; a feature quantity calculate section 45 that calculates the feature quantity of the identified model colors; and a tracking processing section 46 that starts tracking of the approaching object on the model color image based on the identified plural model colors and calculated feature quantity.
