TL;DR: In this paper, an image processing device is configured to maintain continuity of an image in a boundary of a synthesis image as much as possible as to the synthesis image in which a dead angle range corresponding to a first camera is compensated by an image undergoing an image conversion of a second photographing image of a camera.
Abstract: To provide an image processing device and image processing method that are configured to maintain continuity of an image in a boundary of a synthesis image as much as possible as to the synthesis image in which a dead angle range corresponding to a dead angle of a first camera is compensated by an image undergoing an image conversion of a second photographing image of a second camera.SOLUTION: An image processing device 1 comprises: an image processing unit 11 that generates synthesis images; and a display control unit 12 that displays the synthesis image. The image processing unit 11 is configured not to generate an image compensating a dead angle area by performing an image conversion using a projection surface of a single distance, but to determine a distance of the projection surface, reflecting a degree of consistency of a side camera photographing image with an image generated performing the image conversion of a rear camera photographing image as to a continuing range for each image line, and perform the image conversion to the rear camera photographing image using the distance thereof to generate a compensation-purpose image for each dot line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

TL;DR: In this paper, an image conversion model with the trained artificial neural network may be transmitted to another device for image conversion of low-resolution images, where the neural network is trained by inputting a dataset representing the first image and the second image.
Abstract: A non-transitory computer-readable medium for monitoring a semiconductor fabrication process includes an image conversion model having an artificial neural network. The image conversion model, when executed, causes the processor to receive a first image and a second image of a semiconductor wafer. The artificial neural network is trained by inputting a dataset representing the first image and the second image, generating a conversion image of the semiconductor wafer and calibrating weights and biases of the artificial neural network to match the conversion image to the second image. A third image of the semiconductor wafer is generated based on the calibrated weights and biases of the artificial neural network. The image conversion model with the trained artificial neural network may be transmitted to another device for image conversion of low resolution images.

TL;DR: In this paper, an image display system is provided with an imaging apparatus 11, loaded on a vehicle 50 and capable of photographing the image of a prescribed imaging region around the vehicle 50.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate and display an image photographed from a virtual visual point, even if a vehicle is not traveling. SOLUTION: An image display system is provided with an imaging apparatus 11, loaded on a vehicle 50 and capable of photographing the image of a prescribed imaging region around the vehicle 50; a near-infrared light irradiation apparatus 12 for irradiating the imaging region to be picked up with near-infrared light of a prescribed irradiation pattern; a three-dimensional information operation processing part 28 for operating three-dimensional information of an imaging target existing in the imaging region from a photographed image, obtained by imaging the irradiation pattern applied to the imaging region by the imaging apparatus; an image conversion processing part 23 for generating an image obtained by photographing the imaging target from a virtual visual point that is different from the imaging apparatus by performing the image conversion processing of the photographed image of the imaging target photographed up by the imaging apparatus 11 by using the three-dimensional information; and a display apparatus 40 for displaying the generated image.
