Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive recorder allowing confirmation of the contents of an image captured by a camera outputting a video signal at a frequency not affected by a flashing LED traffic light. SOLUTION: This drive recorder 100 has: an image conversion part 109 converting the received video signal into image information, and outputting the image information as the video signal; a storage part 10 storing the converted image information; a frequency changeover part 108 changes a second frequency corresponding to a general-purpose video signal and a first frequency not affected by the flashing LED traffic light; and a control part 101 converting the video signal into the image information by use of the first frequency, and controlling the image conversion part and the frequency changeover part such that the image information stored in the storage part is output as the video signal by use of the second frequency. Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for simulating vision by converting the vision seen in intraocular lens implantation into an image, wherein the apparatus comprises: a collection unit for receiving a first image obtained through a monofocal intraocular lens and a second image obtained through a multifocal intraocular lens, respectively; a learning unit that analyzes a correlation between the first image and the second image through machine learning; an input unit through which a third image obtained through a monofocal lens is input; and an image conversion unit for converting the third image into a virtual fourth image implemented with a multifocal intraocular lens based on the correlation analyzed by the learning unit.

The alignment device includes a photographing part which photographs an align mark included in an alignment object and obtains the first image of a first resolution, an image conversion part which converts the first image into a second image which has a second resolution which is higher than the first resolution, a positon detection part which detects the position of the align mark from the second image, and an alignment part which aligns the alignment object corresponding to the position of the align mark detected in the position detection part.

Abstract: For setting up and maintaining a steady image conversion, hybrid genetic algorithm plays a key role in electronic image processing. This paper has researched the simulated annealing on the basis of introduction of the basic genetic algorithm, and analyzed the methods of the simulated annealing algorithm combined with genetic algorithm. Simulation of the simulated annealing hybrid genetic algorithm by a multi-peak functions in electronic image processing, and analyzed its performance. The hybrid genetic algorithm is capable of avoiding the premature convergence, improving the global search ability of the algorithm and the accuracy of the minimum function value in electronic engineering. The results show that the convergence speed can greatly accelerate.
