Abstract: The invention relates to a multifunctional English learning system based on the augmented reality technology, and the system comprises AR glasses, an image collector, a miniature projector, an acoustical generator, a microphone, and a central controller. The system employs the AR technology, performs the collection of an image of a real object, and compares the collected image with an object imagestored in the system. After successful matching, the system can recognize the information of a current object, and then extracts the Chinese name and English word, corresponding to the object information, of the object in a system memory, performs the image conversion to obtain a virtual display object, and enables the virtual display object to be directly displayed the AR glasses through combining with the real scene. Therefore, the system achieves the correlation of images with the English words, further deepens the memorizing depth of the words through the listing of the pronunciation of the English words and the translation of the oral Chinese, can complete the teaching at any time in any actual scene, overcomes the boundedness of a conventional learning mode, and improves the learning efficiency.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for attaining image conversion capable of converting an input image obtained by digitizing a photographed image into an appropriate image, regardless of the content of an object. SOLUTION: Statistical learning rules by each conversion classification are constructed, based on the input value generated from the pixel values of a sample image and a teacher value generated from the pixel values of a teacher image which is the appropriate image corresponding to the sample image. Conversion classification of the input image is acquired; an input value generated from the pixel values of the input image is input in the statistical learning rules corresponding to the acquired conversion classification; its output is acquired as a conversion value; and the appropriate image is generated, based on its correction value. Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve efficiency, to surely perform motion detection and interpolation with high accuracy, and to obtain a device from which a video signal with high quality can be obtained at a low cost by sharing an image conversion processing part. hardware, and software by a field frame conversion part and a motion detecting part for it. CONSTITUTION:Field frame conversion processing is performed at an image processing part 14 provided at the rear stage of an image storage part 12. Therefore, processing data quantity at an anti-aliasing filter 11 at the front stage side of the image storage part 12 can be prevented from increasing. Also, the motion detection of image data read out from the image storage part 12 is performed by the motion detecting part 13, and also, memory required for motion detection is shared with the memory required for image conversion by performing the field frame conversion processing and interpolation processing by the image processing part 14, which reduces memory capacity. Furthermore, arithmetic processing can be summarized by performing the field frame conversion processing and the interpolation processing at the image processing part 14.
