Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subjective picture quality estimation device capable of accurately estimating a subjective picture quality of a dynamic image without performing encoding when estimating the subjective picture quality of the dynamic image regarding a desired bit rate, the number of pixels and a frame rate.SOLUTION: The subjective picture quality estimation device includes: a dynamic image conversion section for converting an inputted dynamic image into a dynamic image having a predetermined number of pixels and a frame rate; an image feature calculation section for calculating a first image feature representing complexity in encoding of the inputted dynamic image and a second image feature that is an image feature of the dynamic image after the conversion; an image parameter derivation section for generating an image parameter to be used for describing a predictive expression for predicting a quantization parameter by using an average code amount per pixel from the first image feature; and a subjective picture quality estimation section for estimating a subjective picture quality estimate by using the predictive expression using the image parameter while inputting the second image feature, the number of pixels, the frame rate and the average code amount per pixel.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the judgment of picking up conditions while eliminating erroneous diagnosis by arranging an image conversion means which enables the conversion into an image of character information indicating the pick-up conditions of an image taken of an object to be inspected out of incidental information. CONSTITUTION:A display means 17 shows an image 34 taken from the same photographing information as that stored in an information memory section 15 after each photographing and an image 33 from which is outputted image information corresponding to pick-up conditions out of depiction image information stored in an image memory section 20 according to the same incidental information through a central control section 12 and an image information control section 21 and other incidental information (character information) 35 (35a, 35b and 35c). In this case, redisplay of an image 23 is possible corresponding to pick-up conditions stored in an information memory section 14 prior to the pick-up involved to check up with the image 33. This allows the displaying of pick-up conditions of an image taken of an object to be inspected as image 33 out of the incidental information and facilitates the judging of the pick-up conditions eventually eliminating erroneous diagnosis by an observer.

Each of the plurality of learned models is either a learned model that has learned using an image differing at least in sample type from the other learned models, or a learned model that has learned using an image differing at least in image quality range from the other learned models.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for collecting and managing terminal usage pattern information generated in a process of controlling to display a screen of a user terminal for protecting and managing eyesight, and a system for the same. The method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: detecting a distance between a user terminal and a user; detecting hours of use of the user terminal; converting image information displayed in the screen of the user terminal by using a predetermined image processing method when at least one of the distance and hours of use satisfies a predetermined condition; and collecting terminal usage pattern information including at least one among the image conversion information, distance and hours of use when a predetermined reaction is detected from the user.

Abstract: In order that when white balance adjustment processing and color gamut conversion processing are performed, the change of the chromaticity of an image displayed by a display unit when the white balance coefficient is changed can be suppressed, disclosed is an image conversion device (100) for performing white balance adjustment processing and color gamut conversion processing on an image signal, said image conversion device being provided with an acquisition unit (110) which acquires a first image signal, and a conversion unit (103) which generates a second image signal by performing the white balance adjustment processing and the color gamut conversion processing for the acquired first image signal by one integrated conversion processing.
