The method of making the volume image comprises creating a first image from a first software, creating a second image from the second software, and combining the first image and the second image into the volume image. Each image includes first descriptive data (metadata) corresponding to descriptive data of its software and includes file data corresponding to file data of its software.

Method and system for supporting media data of various coding formats

Abstract: A method for supporting media data of various coding formats includes converting the received media files of different coding formats into media files of a particular file format where the media files of a particular file format include media data information and index information, determining the corresponding media file according to an operational command from a client, and sending the media data information in the corresponding media file to the client according to the index information in the corresponding media file. The present disclosure may solve a problem in the conventional art that media files of different coding formats have to be stored on different streaming servers which increases the cost of the system and the integration difficulty of the system and cannot realize load balance among the different streaming servers.

Abstract: A computer is directed to select one or more folders containing an image file on at least one of the lower hierarchical levels, and record an image file contained in and below the selected folders on a CD-R when a storing process is specified, and generates a CD album. The album generation program sequentially searches folders having an image file immediately below the folders when the image file is recorded on the CD-R, generates a new folder for the folder having an image file immediately below the folder, and copies a target image file as a new image file in the new folder, thereby giving a folder name and a file name automatically generated according to DCF rule to the stored new folder and new image file.

Method and system for controlling encoded image production using image signatures

Abstract: An automated method for authorizing and controlling the production of optically encoded images is provided. The method comprises receiving from a user data processor a request for authorization to produce an encoded image. The authorization request includes user-supplied data comprising at least one authentication image file. The method further comprises determining whether the user is authorized to produce an encoded image using the user-supplied data. Responsive to a determination that the user is authorized to produce an encoded image using the user-supplied data, an authentication image signature is generated from the at least one authentication image file using an image signature algorithm and a positive authorization response is returned to the user data processor. The positive authorization response includes the authentication image signature.
