TL;DR: A capacitive proximity switch has an electrically conductive sensor surface, which is covered by a non-conductive covering plate and serves as a part of a capacitor with a capacitance that varies with proximity.
Abstract: A capacitive proximity switch has an electrically conductive sensor surface, which is covered by an electrically non-conductive covering plate and which serves as a part of a capacitor with a capacitance that varies with proximity. A household appliance is equipped with a proximity switch of this type. The sensor surface has an active shielding, which is formed by a shielding surface to which a clock signal is applied at the same time as it is applied to the sensor surface.

TL;DR: In this paper, a novel sound and light alarm door lock was proposed, which enables the compression pressure of a spring to be bigger than a fixed value by arranging corresponding inductive parts in a door lock when the door lock is opened by using a picklock, enabling the pressure inductive sensor to output inductive current, and sends out light to peal and alarm through the horn and the light emitting diode of the alarm.
Abstract: The utility model discloses a novel sound and light alarm door lock, which comprises a lock core, a pressure inductive sensor, a relay pressure inductive switch, a chargeable battery, a horn and a light emitting diode, wherein the relay pressure inductive switch is arranged on a last marble which is arranged in the lock core, the pressure inductive sensor is connected with a spring which is arranged above the marble, the pressure inductive sensor and an alarm are connected through a wire, a protective plastic shell is arranged outside the alarm, the horn, the light emitting diode and the chargeable battery are arranged in the alarm, the alarm is arranged on a security door cat eye, the light emitting diode is arranged below the security door cat eye, and an a end and a b end of the alarm are connected with an a+ and a b+ end of the pressure inductive switch through wires. The novel sound and light alarm door lock enables the compression pressure of a spring to be bigger than a fixed value by arranging corresponding inductive parts in a door lock when the door lock is opened by using a picklock, enables the pressure inductive sensor to output inductive current, and sends out light to peal and alarm through the horn and the light emitting diode of the alarm.

TL;DR: In this paper, the magnetic design of the gyroscope and how the magnetic field affects the function of the rotational and precession of the rotor are discussed. And position sensors are employed in the gyromagnetic position sensors to measure the rotation and precession of the rotation.
Abstract: Magnetically suspended gyroscope is an inertial orientation sensor which can be used both as an accelerometer and as an angle sensor. Unlike a conventional mechanical gyroscope, the rotor of this kind of gyroscope is suspended and spun by magnetic forces. The elimination of mechanical friction provides the gyroscope with improved accuracy and stability. This paper mainly focuses on the magnetic design of the gyroscope and discusses how the magnetic field affects the function of the gyroscope. Position sensors were employed in the gyroscope to measure the rotation and precession of the rotor. Both angular rate and acceleration were measured by inductive sensors to optimize the design of the suspension system and the rotation system.

TL;DR: An inductive metallic debris sensor in accordance with the theory of electromagnetism is presented to discuss the relationship between the sensitivity of inductive sensor and the position of microchannel inside the planar coil.
Abstract: Accurate detection of metallic wear debris is vital to avoid catastrophic failure of machine. An inductive metallic debris sensor in accordance with the theory of electromagnetism is presented to discuss the relationship between the sensitivity of inductive sensor and the position of microchannel inside the planar coil. Iron particles with 110–120µm in diameter are used in the experiment and the result demonstrate that the different position of microchannel does have influence on the sensitivity of planar coil. The sensitivity can be significantly improved when changing the position of microchannel, 130% increase in inductance amplitude could be got when the microchannel is near the edge of coil in contrast to near the center.

TL;DR: In this article , the influence of models inductive biases in knowledge distillation (e.g., convolution and involution) was explored and a token inductive bias alignment method was proposed to align the inductives of the token with its target teacher model.
Abstract: The inductive bias of vision transformers is more relaxed that cannot work well with insufficient data. Knowledge distillation is thus introduced to assist the training of transformers. Unlike previous works, where merely heavy convolution-based teachers are provided, in this paper, we delve into the influence of models inductive biases in knowledge distillation (e.g., convolution and involution). Our key observation is that the teacher accuracy is not the dominant reason for the student accuracy, but the teacher inductive bias is more important. We demonstrate that lightweight teachers with different architectural inductive biases can be used to co-advise the student transformer with outstanding performances. The rationale behind is that models designed with different inductive biases tend to focus on diverse patterns, and teachers with different inductive biases attain various knowledge despite being trained on the same dataset. The diverse knowledge provides a more precise and comprehensive description of the data and compounds and boosts the performance of the student during distillation. Furthermore, we propose a token inductive bias alignment to align the inductive bias of the token with its target teacher model. With only lightweight teachers provided and using this cross inductive bias distillation method, our vision transformers (termed as CiT) outperform all previous vision transformers (ViT) of the same architecture on ImageNet. Moreover, our small size model CiT-SAK further achieves 82.7% Top-1 accuracy on ImageNet without modifying the attention module of the ViT.
