Abstract: In a magnetic bearing system, the rotor displacement measurement is an important foundation for rotorpsilas operating stably in high speed. In this paper, a novel displacement sensor structure based on LVDT (linear variable differential transformer) is proposed. The principle that axial displacement of magnetic bearing rotor is measured with displacement sensor fixed in radial direction is introduced. The characters of the displacement sensor proposed are analyzed in detail. The calculation and simulation results show that the displacement sensor proposed in the paper is feasible and the rotor axial displacement can be measured with the displacement sensor fixed in radial direction. This method can simplify the structure of magnetic bearings and reduce cost.

It detects and individually isolates those containers, made from metal or glass, whose closure is defective owing to the absence of a lid or a vacuum. The detector centres the container by means of two discs mounted on shafts a direct reflection sensor will emit a beam, being reflected when a container interrupts it, producing a signal which, picked up by a transistor, will actuate an inductive sensor, actuating a dual-effect cylinder which will expel the container without a lid. Measurement of the vacuum. An inductive sensor emits a signal which is picked up by an electrovalve, activating a single-effect cylinder which will lower a mechanism of two discs with springs towards the lid. When the disc presses the lid, the sensor will emit a signal in accordance with the level of the vacuum.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for extracting the pulse signal from among parasitic signals in a receiver of a pulsed railway line circuit According to the invention, it comprises first and second inductive sensors arranged in proximity to a length of rail and a third inductive sensor arranged in proximity to the other length of rail, the first sensor 9 being linked, on the one hand, to a first input of a first comparator 11 at the output of which the extracted pulse signal is picked off and, on the other hand, to a first input of a second comparator 12 by means of a rectifier circuit 14, while the second and third sensors 10, connected in series, are linked, on the one hand to the first input of an analog multiplier-divider circuit 16 and, on the other hand, to the first input of a third comparator 13 whose second input is connected to the output of the analog multiplier-divider circuit 16 and whose output terminal is linked, on the one hand, by means of a rectifier circuit 15, to the second input of the second comparator 12 whose output terminal is linked to the second input of the analog multiplier-divider circuit 16 and, on the other hand, to the second input of the first comparator 11 by means of a divider circuit 17

Abstract: The invention discloses a non-contact debugging and measuring method of an electric valve. The method is characterized by providing oscillating signals for an electric valve coil, and measuring the induction quantity of the electric valve by using an inductance measuring meter; determining the armature stroke according to the induction quantity of the electric valve; and determining whether the electric valve meets the design requirements or not according to the armature stroke. The electric valve is used as a self-inductance inductive sensor (variable reluctance), in the alignment process, the switching stroke of the valve is calculated by measuring the change in inductance quantity, and the amount of pre-compression of a spring is adjusted; the non-contact measuring of the electric valve debugging is realized, and the test is relatively simple and the workload is small for the non-contact measurement; the test precision is high; and in the non-contact measuring process, a valve core or a baffle can not be collided or scratched, and the introduction of extra material contamination is avoided.
