Abstract: not available for EP0951635Abstract of corresponding document: US6356070The sensor circuit arrangement includes a sensor (23; 53) that produces an alternating voltage sensor signal that varies according to a measured variable; first and second current supplying circuits (21, 51) connected to respective sensor terminals to apply first and second output voltages (U1, U2) to the respective terminals; a counter-coupling network (24, 54) coupling the current supplying circuits to provide respective constant currents to the sensor (23, 53) and a sensor signal processing circuit portion. The sensor signal processing circuit portion includes an operational amplifier (13,46) connected across the sensor terminals, a low-pass filter (20,50) connected to the operational amplifier and a capacitor (19, 46) connected to the operational amplifier to generate an alternating output signal having an amplitude depending on the magnitude of the measured variable. The low-pass filter produces a filter output signal indicative of a temperature-dependent internal sensor resistance. The sensor is at an ungrounded floating potential so that common-mode interference is compensated.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a device for detecting the lack of package in a bar cigarette, which comprises a detecting box body and a signal processor, wherein, the interior of each interlayer arranged at the upper and the lower sides of one passage of the middle part of the detecting box body is fixedly provided with five reflecting type electric inductive sensors which are used as a group and five penetrating type electric inductive sensors which are used as a group; the interior of the interlayer arranged at the lower side of the passage is also provided with two reflecting type electric inductive sensors; the output end of each reflecting type electric inductive sensor and each penetrating type electric inductive sensor is connected with the signal processor; the utility model is additionally provided with a power supply converter, the power supply end of two groups of the reflecting type electric inductive sensors is connected with a contact of the power supply converter, and each group has the five reflecting type electric inductive sensors; the power supply end of two groups of the penetrating type electric inductive sensors is connected with the other contact, and each group has the five penetrating type electric inductive sensors. The device for detecting the lack of package in a bar cigarette can respectively detect to the interior of a bar box which is made of pure paper and a bar box which is made of aluminum foil; according to different kinds of bar boxes, the utility model has the advantages of automatic switchover for detecting kinds, sensitive detection and timely and exact control.

Abstract: An optical sensor circuit comprises an optical sensor adapted to sense a position of a component in a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus according to the presence or absence of a flag and output a signal indicative of the position. A position sensing driver receives the signal via a path selected by a plurality of switches and then drives an output signal in response to the signal. The path selected by the plurality of switches causes the optical sensor circuit to act as either a close-type optical sensor circuit or an open-type optical sensor circuit.
