TL;DR: In this article, a magneto-inductive sensing system was used to measure the rotational speed of brushless and brushless direct-current motors with a large distance of 9 cm between the sensor and the rotation shafts.
Abstract: There is a paucity of research on measurement of high rotational speed of direct-current motors using giant magneto-inductive sensors. In this work, measurements of high rotation-speed of brushed and brushless direct-current motors were realized by using a magneto-inductive sensing system. Successive square waves and sawtooth waves were observed when the rotation shafts of the motors pass by the giant magneto-inductive sensor. High rotational speed of 51000 r/min was accurately measured with a large distance of 9 cm between the giant magneto-inductive sensor and the rotation shafts, outputting a high voltage response of 5 V. The magneto-inductive sensing system displays a great potential application in ultrasensitive rotational speed measurements. There is a paucity of research on measurement of high rotational speed of direct-current motors using giant magneto-inductive sensors. TL;DR: In this paper, an inductive sensor calibration method and device for the three-axis laser interferometer measurement, and belongs to the technical field of precision measurement, is presented.
Abstract: The invention discloses an inductive sensor calibration method and device for the three-axis laser interferometer measurement, and belongs to the technical field of precision measurement. The calibration method and device take a three-axis laser interferometer as a motion reference, a linear motor as a macro motion driving element, an air-floating guide rail as a macro motion guide element, and a linear grating scale as a macro motion feedback element for macro motion positioning; and adopt a piezoelectric ceramic displacement stage for micro motion positioning to compensate for a macro motion positioning error. The three-axis laser interferometer is used to compensate the pitch and yaw errors of the motion of a macro-micro positioning platform. According to the invention, the contradiction between the travel and precision of the displacement sensor calibration device can be effectively solved, and the dynamic and static calibration of the large-travel and high-precision inductive displacement sensor is realized.

TL;DR: In this paper, a device for producing bound written material with representative covers, for marketing texts, magazines, constructions plans, collections of drawings, contracts, offers and promotional literature (catalogues) as required in small to medium series.
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for producing bound written material with representative covers, for marketing texts, magazines, constructions plans, collections of drawings, contracts, offers and promotional literature (catalogues) as required in small to medium series. A heatable ceramic surface (1) with an integrated heating element has several inductive (3) and thermal sensors (2) on its underside, for detecting covers with a metal inlay and for controlling the heat output. Said inductive sensors (3) are partially also supplemented with sensors with microswitches (16), optical sensors (17) and additionally, a pressure sensor (22) if the device is to be used for binding covers consisting of non metallic materials at the same time. The very short time for heating up the ceramic heating surface (1) made technically possible by the invention and the use of the stored temperature is made optimal use of through an internal flap system which is motor-operated. Integrated ventilators (4) ensure controlled ducted cooling which can also be supported by Peltier elements embedded in the ceramic heating surface (1). The inventive device can be used for binding different formats (DIN A4, DIN A5) and thicknesses.

TL;DR: In this article, an inductive proximity sensor (10) placed in the vicinity of a rotating element (A) was used to generate an electric pulse (100) upon each revolution of the element, and an optical-fibre link was connected to this sender (20) and to a receiver (40) in order to use it so as to calculate the speed of the rotating element.
Abstract: The pulse tachometer for measuring the rotation of a rotating element (A) is characterized in that it comprises an inductive proximity sensor (10) placed in the vicinity of this element (A) in order to generate an electric pulse (100) upon each revolution of the element (A), a sender (20) connected to this sensor (10) for receive this electric pulse (100), shaping it and converting it into an optical signal, an optical-fibre link (30) connected to this sender (20) and to a receiver (40) for receiving this optical signal from the sender (20) and routing it to this receiver (40) in order to use it so as to calculate the speed of the rotating element. Application to rotating machines, for example turbine generators.

TL;DR: In this paper, a wallet anti-lost alarming device is presented, which utilizes the electronic inductive sensors to detect the distance from the main set to the subsidiary set in real time.
Abstract: The utility model relates to a wallet anti-lost alarming device. The upper surface of an alarm main set outer shell is provided with a clock display module (4); the left side of the clock display module (4) is provided with a main set electronic inductive sensor (2); the underside of the clock display module (4) is provided with an alarm speaker (3) and an alarm lamp (5). The left side of a subsidiary set outer shell (10) is provided with a subsidiary set electronic inductive sensor (9), and the right side of the subsidiary set electronic inductive sensor (9) is provided with a subsidiary set battery storehouse (12). The utility model utilizes the electronic inductive sensors to detect the distance from the main set to the subsidiary set in real time; when the distance between the main set and the subsidiary set is bigger than a preset distance, the main set sounds the alarm to remind people of attending to the wallets, thereby effectively avoiding the wallet from being lost or stolen and providing important clues for the police.
