Abstract: The invention provides an aircraft engine rotor assembly method and device based on measurement of four inductive sensors, and belongs to mechanical assembly technologies. According to the assembly method and device, a rotation criterion is determined based on a magnetic levitation rotation axis system; according to a grating ruler, angle locating of a rotary table is determined; based on a four-measuring-head measuring device, a radial error of a radial assembly surface of a rotor and a tilt error of an axial assembly surface of the rotor are extracted, and the influence weight, on the assembled rotor coaxiality, of the rotor is obtained; all rotors required for assembly are respectively measured, and the influence weights, on the assembled rotor coaxiality, of all the rotors are obtained; vector optimization is conducted on the weight of each rotor so as to obtain the assembly angle of each rotor. The aircraft engine rotor assembly method and device have the advantages that the rotors are high in coaxiality after being assembled, vibration is reduced, installation easiness is achieved, flexibility is high, and engine performance is improved.

TL;DR: In this article, a combined automatic induction cover opening type electronic closestool is presented, where microwave inductive sensors are used for both the outer cover and the seat ring to achieve various cover opening functions.
Abstract: The utility model discloses a combined automatic induction cover opening type electronic closestool. The combined automatic induction cover opening type electronic closestool comprises an outer cover, a big rear cover, a closestool body, a seat ring, a cover opening gearbox assembly and a cover opening control circuit mainboard, wherein the cover opening gearbox assembly and the cover opening control circuit mainboard are arranged in the big rear cover, and the outer cover and the seat ring are connected to the cover opening gearbox assembly. The combined automatic induction cover opening type electronic closestool further comprises an outer cover opening inductive sensor and a seat ring opening inductive sensor, wherein the outer cover opening inductive sensor is arranged in the closestool body or in the big rear cover, the seat ring opening inductive sensor is arranged in the closestool body, the outer cover opening inductive sensor and the seat ring opening inductive sensor are microwave inductive sensors, a seat ring opening induction range indicating lamp is arranged on the seat ring opening inductive sensor, and the induction range is determined when the seat ring opening induction range indicating lamp is turned on. According to the combined automatic induction cover opening type electronic closestool, microwave automatic induction cover opening devices are adopted for both the outer cover and the seat ring, and thus induction actions for achieving various cover opening functions are achieved.

TL;DR: In this article, the development of a solid-state sensors based system for real-time imaging of magnetic fields and ferrous objects is described, which consists of 1089 magneto inductive solid state sensors arranged in a 2D array matrix of 33 x 33 files and columns, equally spaced in order to cover an approximate area of 300 by 300 mm.
Abstract: In this paper the development of a solid-state sensors based system for real-time imaging of magnetic fields and ferrous objects is described. The system comprises 1089 magneto inductive solid state sensors arranged in a 2D array matrix of 33 x 33 files and columns, equally spaced in order to cover an approximate area of 300 by 300 mm. The sensor array is located within a large current-carrying coil. Data is sampled from the sensors by several DSP controlling units and finally streamed to a host computer via a USB 2.0 interface and the image generated and displayed at a rate of 20 frames per minute. The development of the instrumentation has been complemented by extensive numerical modeling of field distribution patterns using boundary element methods. The system was originally intended for deployment in the non-destructive evaluation (NDE) of reinforced concrete. Nevertheless, the system is not only capable of producing real-time, live video images of the metal target embedded within any opaque medium, it also allows the real-time visualization and determination of the magnetic field distribution emitted by either permanent magnets or geometries carrying current. Although this system was initially developed for the NDE arena, it could also have many potential applications in many other fields, including medicine, security, manufacturing, quality assurance and design involving magnetic fields.

TL;DR: In this article, a tool management cabinet based on a photoelectric sensor, an inductive sensor and a micro switch is presented, which can sense whether a material is placed at a specific position in the cabinet or not.
Abstract: The invention discloses a tool management cabinet based on a photoelectric sensor, an inductive sensor and a micro switch, belonging to the technical field of storage. In the traditional cabinet, thepresence and absence states of a material in the cabinet is inconvenient for statistics, and the process of requisition and return is cumbersome; and in order to solve the problems, the photoelectricsensor, the inductive sensor or the micro switch is provided to the cabinet to sense whether the material is placed at a specific position in the cabinet or not. The specific method is as follows: a user logs in to a tool management cabinet system and then clicks an open button; at the moment, the system detects the presence and absence states of the material through the sensors and records; afteropening a drawer, the user can receive or return the material as needed; and after closing the drawer, the system detects the presence and absence states of the material and records. By comparing thestates of opening and closing, the material requisition and returning situations are calculated, and the interface and database are updated synchronously. Then the user clicks to log out and returnsto the login interface. The invention improves the efficiency and standardization degree of material management.
