TL;DR: In this article, an inductive sensor device having a scale unit and a sensor unit that can be moved relative to each other in a measuring direction (M) is presented. But the authors do not consider how to detect the received signal.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an inductive sensor device (23) having a scale unit (24) and a sensor unit (25) that can be moved relative to each other in a measuring direction (M). The scale unit contains scale elements (26) that are adapted to create a field pattern (P(x)) in measuring direction (M) that is detected by means of a receive circuit (35) of the sensor unit (25). The receive circuit (35) contains at least a first receive coil set (36) and a second receive coil set (37) that are offset in measuring direction (M). In so doing a first spatial phase and a second spatial phase receive signal is provided by these receive coil sets (36, 37) respectively. These spatial phases can be used for absolute position determination.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a nonlinear oscillator that allows linking oscillation amplitude and parallel resistance of the sensor, which can connect the distance target/sensor to the amplitude and/or frequency of the oscillation.
Abstract: Proximity magnetic sensors are based on an induction coil that creates a magnetic field. The presence of a metal target in the vicinity of this coil modifies the properties of the field created by the coil and consequently the value of its equivalent R∕L circuit. The sensor is usually used as a coil to fix the frequency value of a sinusoidal oscillator. The types of oscillators used (and the suggested linear analysis) do not make it possible to determine the oscillation amplitude value. So, designers of such sensors have to connect the distance target/sensor only to the variation of the oscillation frequency value. We propose the development of a nonlinear oscillator that allows linking oscillation amplitude and parallel resistance of the sensor. One can thus connect the distance target/sensor to the amplitude and/or the frequency of the oscillation.

TL;DR: In this article, a capacitive sensor device for flowing media, having an electrical sensor capacitor in which the flowing medium substantially constitutes the dielectric, is proposed to detect interferences in the flow of the medium differentially.
Abstract: The invention relates to a capacitive sensor device for flowing media, having an electrical sensor capacitor in which the flowing medium substantially constitutes the dielectric. In order to make it possible in such a sensor device to detect interferences in the flow of the medium differentially, it is proposed according to the invention for the sensor device (10) to be arranged inside a housing (1) through which the medium flows and for the sensor housing (1) to be provided itself as the first electrode and for an electrical conductor (2) projecting into the sensor housing in the flow region of the medium to be provided as the second electrode of the sensor capacitor.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a method to measure the position of the leading edge (510) of a target (500), in a so-called longitudinal direction (5000) between a first position and a second position between which the target completely covers the track (550).
Abstract: The invention relates to the field of position sensors, especially to the field of so-called inductive sensors. The device according to the invention comprises a track provided with a primary winding (513) fed by a high-frequency alternating current, and a plurality of secondary windings (511, 512). The device measures the position of the leading edge (510) of a target (500), in a so-called longitudinal direction (5000) between a first position and a second position between which the target (500) entirely covers the track (550). Surprisingly, said configuration enables the useful measuring length of such a track (550) to be very slightly increased.
