TL;DR: In this article, an object protection for a wireless power transmission system and a method for operating a WPT system is presented. But the method is limited to the presence of an object, a distance of the object from the transmitter, a temperature, a thermal behavior, and a presence of a metallic or dielectric object.
Abstract: An object protection for a wireless power transmission system and a method for operating a wireless power transmission system are disclosed. In an embodiment a wireless power transmission system includes a detection system configured to be sensitive to a material selected from the group consisting of a dielectric material and a metallic material and to monitor at least two parameters selected from the group consisting of a presence of an object, a distance of the object, a temperature of the object, a thermal behavior of the object, a presence of a metallic object, a presence of a dielectric object, and a coverage of the detection system with metallic or dielectric matter, wherein the detection system includes at least one or more sensors selected from the group consisting of an infrared sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, a capacitive sensor and an inductive sensor.

TL;DR: In this paper, an inhibitor integrated actuator shift control device capable of controlling a position of a gear shift by improving control performance and durability through position control of a brushless direct current motor by an inductive sensor, forming a metallic uneven portion on an output shaft flange part of a reducer.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an inhibitor integrated actuator shift control device capable of controlling a position of a gear shift by improving control performance and durability through position control of a brushless direct current (BLDC) motor by an inductive sensor, forming a metallic uneven portion on an output shaft flange part of a reducer, and detecting a variation amount in induced current due to the metallic uneven portion.

TL;DR: In this article, a multi-mode sensor is described that comprises an inductive sensor module configured to measure a first physical quantity based on magnetic induction, and a non-inductive sensor module is provided to measure the second physical quantity using a non inductive sensing mode.
Abstract: A multi-mode sensor is disclosed that comprises an inductive sensor module configured to measure a first physical quantity based on magnetic induction. The inductive sensor module comprises a coil wound around a coil axis. A non-inductive sensor module is provided to measure a second physical quantity using a non- inductive sensing mode. A portion of the non-inductive sensor module is radially inward of a portion of the coil relative to the coil axis.

TL;DR: A rather simple inductive sensor is introduced for the purposes of online condition and fault monitoring of power lines and several design aspects are discussed, including bandwidth and sensitivity of the sensor.
Abstract: Detecting extremely fast transients in the power transmission and distribution networks is rather difficult task using present voltage and current transformers. The bandwidth of the existing transducers is too low for this purpose. In this paper, a rather simple inductive sensor is introduced for the purposes of online condition and fault monitoring of power lines. Several design aspects are discussed, including bandwidth and sensitivity of the sensor.

TL;DR: A proposed system for IoT Based Wireless multifunctional robot for military application with Raspberry pi 3 using MQTT protocol and it is done by integrating the help of various sensors, Cameras, Grippers and actuators into web application using MqTT and HTTP protocol.
Abstract: In this paper, we are presenting a proposed system for IoT Based Wireless multifunctional robot for military application with Raspberry pi 3 using MQTT protocol and it is done by integrating the help of various sensors, Cameras, Grippers and actuators into web application using MQTT and HTTP protocol. To develop and design we are using Raspberry pi3 embedded board with python programming & MQTT protocol. Using this system one can monitor and control the military robot from anywhere in the world. And it has various sensors like motion sensor to sense the existence of human, Inductive proximity sensor to detect landmines (metal), temperature sensor to sense the temperature and various gas sensors to detect hazardous gaseous in the environment. Whenever sensors detect, the raspberry pi will start publishing the data using the MQTT protocol and display on Web application and start streaming video using motion service
