TL;DR: The standard method for IPv6 address configuration is described and its drawbacks are examined, the current alternatives and their flaws are identified and two new methods of Duplicate Address Detection are suggested which perform Address Configuration more quickly.
Abstract: Fast IPv6 Address Configuration is pivotal to the unification of mobile Internet and mobile telephony services. We describe the standard method for IPv6 address configuration and examine its drawbacks, identify the current alternatives and their flaws and suggest two new methods of Duplicate Address Detection which perform Address Configuration more quickly.

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for displaying a real-time message on a mobile communication device is applied to a mobile communications device linked to the Internet by searching an Internet accessing device to link to the internet, automatically executing a navigating program, linking to an Internet server predetermined by the Internet, and displaying a page provided by the internet server.
Abstract: A method for displaying a real-time message on a mobile communication device is applied to a mobile communication device linked to the Internet. When the mobile communication device is linked to an access point or is turned on, a webpage or data navigating program is executed, and the contents provided by the Internet service supplier are displayed. Thereby, a real-time message is displayed, or a commercial promotion message is displayed to advertise a commercial activity. The method includes searching an Internet accessing device to link to the Internet, automatically executing a navigating program, linking to an Internet server predetermined by the Internet, and displaying a page provided by the Internet server. The page can include log in information, product marketing contents, or real-time information, personalized information, on-line shopping information or a personalized webpage of an online store.

TL;DR: In this paper the ACOSO (Agent-based COoperative Smart Object) middleware and the Omnet++ platform have been used as means for the SObased IoT systems development/management and simulation.
Abstract: The proliferation of everyday smart devices able to sense, process, communicate and/or actuate, is changing the way we interact with the world around us. These novel cyber-physical smart devices, or simply Smart Objects (SOs), are the fundamental building blocks of the Internet of Things (IoT), a global and highly dynamic ecosystem in which heterogeneous typologies of device networks seamlessly interoperate. Although the IoT component technologies and enabling computing paradigms are not totally new, the development and analysis of an IoT system is still a complex process. In this paper the ACOSO (Agent-based COoperative Smart Object) middleware and the Omnet++ platform have been used as means for the SObased IoT systems development/management and simulation. Indeed, on one hand ACOSO provides effective instruments and a simple programming model to realize both cyber-physical SOs and IoT systems. On the other hand, leveraging on the parallelism between SOs/agents and the Omnet++ network nodes, simulations of agent-oriented IoT systems in different scale scenarios have been defined and conducted. Keywords—Internet of Things; Smart Objects; ACOSO; Agentbased computing; Network simulation.
