TL;DR: In this article, a method for manufacturing a color composition capable of simultaneously making a diketopyrrolopyrrole pigment ultrafine and resin-coating on the pigment without changing a composition, through continuous jet mill dispersion under high-pressure while dispersing into a submicron region of 1 μm or smaller using ultrafine media.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a color composition capable of simultaneously making a diketopyrrolopyrrole pigment ultrafine and resin-coating on the pigment without changing a composition, through continuous jet mill dispersion under high-pressure while dispersing into a submicron region of 1 μm or smaller using ultrafine media; and through producing a stable dispersion body, realizing the color composition having excellent viscosity stability and suppressing a crystalline foreign matter in the diketopyrrolopyrrole pigmentSOLUTION: A method is provided for manufacturing a color composition for a color filter including at least a diketopyrrolopyrrole pigment, a resin and a solvent A mill base is circulated and dispersed continuously by a media type disperser having media of 001-03 mmφ and a high-pressure jet mill

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a preparation method of biological antibiotic, and relates to a preparation of antibiotic purifying agent, and the method is that: TiO2 with the weight ratio of 1:0.1 to 0.5, heavy calcium carbonates and calcium phosphate are pumped in a jet mill at the same time, and are ground fine through the jet mill and are mixed and processed into compound powder with grain size between 10 to 50 nanometer.
Abstract: The invention provides a preparation method of biological antibiotic, and relates to a preparation method of antibiotic purifying agent. The method is that: TiO2 with the weight ratio of 1:0.1 to 0.5:0.1to 0.5, heavy calcium carbonates and calcium phosphate are pumped in a jet mill at the same time, and are ground fine through the jet mill, and are mixed and processed into compound powder with grain size between 10 to 50 nanometer. The powder is the biological antibiotic. The product can be added into road surface materials, inner wall and outer wall decorative materials, architectural coating and glasses, and also can be applicable to treating industrial wastewater and waste gas, purifying automobile exhaust and tap water supply device, and also can be used in a sterile room, canteen, a swimming pool, daily tableware and so on in a hospital. The invention can kill the contacted bacteria and fungi under the action of light, and break down harmful gases which contain organic nitrogen, organophosphorus insecticide and so on into harmless small molecule substance.

TL;DR: In this paper, a carbonaceous precursor made of aggregate such as coke kneaded with a binder such as pitch or raw coke obtd by heat-treating heavy oil such as powder is crushed to about several mm diameter and a fine powder is molded into a prescribed shape by press molding or other method.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve quality by pulverizing a crushed carbonaceous precursor with a jet mill in a closed circuit system until a specified average particle diameter and a specified average aspect ratio are attained CONSTITUTION:A carbonaceous precursor made of aggregate such as coke kneaded with a binder such as pitch or raw coke obtd by heat-treating heavy oil such as pitch is crushed to about several mm diameter This crushed precursor is repeatedly pulverized with a jet mill and classified with a classifier by a closed circuit system to obtain fine powder having 15mum This fine powder is molded into a prescribed shape by press molding or other method and the molded body is fired in a muffle furnace, etc, and graphitized at about >=2,000 degC to obtain a carbon material with micropores having <=1mum average pore size

TL;DR: In this article, a negative electrostatically charged toner containing at least binder resin and a black coloring material is used to obtain a distinct image without depending on environment by adding any compound.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a distinct image without depending on environment by adding any compound which is classified to pigment yellow 12, 14 and 17 specified by color index in negative electrostatically charged toner containing at least binder resin and a black coloring material. CONSTITUTION:About 100pts.wt. binder resin, about 1-10pts.wt. carbon black and about 0.1-10pts.wt. mixture of one kind or two or more kinds of azo pigment compound of yellow which is classified to the pigment yellow 12, 14 and 17 by color index are mixed and dispersed by using a ball mill or a V type mixer, etc. Next, they are heated, melted and kneaded by a pressuring kneader and a roll, etc., and the obtained mixture is roughly crushed by using a hammer mill or a jet mill, etc. After adding and mixing an addition agent such as an electrostatic charging control agent, it is finely crushed by the jet mill, then the finely crushed substance is classified to desired particle sizes by a pneumatic classifying method, etc., so as to obtain the negative electrostatically charged toner.

TL;DR: In this article, a coarsely-crushed charcoal is extracted from 0.2 mm-2.0 mm in a particle diameter by ultrasonic-cleaning by strong alkaline electric-field water.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of micronized coals which enables a smooth classification treatment of micronized coals micronized by a crusher. SOLUTION: After bamboo charcoal is crushed into 0.2 mmϕ-2.0 mmϕ in a particle diameter, it is ultrasonic-cleaned by strong alkaline electric-field water. Subsequently, the bamboo charcoal is subjected to a heat sterilization treatment by high-temperature water or steam, and dried to form coarsely crushed charcoal 91. Thereafter, the coarsely crushed charcoal 91 is supplied to a jet mill 4, and at the same time, ions generated by a corona discharge from a discharging device 2 are introduced into a supply route 3 of compressed air fed into the jet mill 4, or a crushing part body 41 of the jet mill 4 to crush the coarsely crushed charcoal 91 to make the micronized coals 92.
