Abstract: The utility model discloses a jet mill suitable for powder surface modification. Jet mill, sliding seats are fixedly connected to the two sides of the inner wall of the jet mill; a leaking plate is movably connected between the two sliding seats; protruding blocks are fixedly connected to the two sides of the leaking plate. And an elastic block is fixedly connected to the bottom of an inner cavityof the sliding seat, the top of the elastic block is movably connected with the bottom of the protruding block, spring columns are fixedly connected to the two sides of the top of the inner cavity ofthe sliding seat, and pressing plates are fixedly connected to the bottom ends of the two spring columns. According to the jet mill suitable for powder surface modification, the cam is used for driving the leakage plate to vibrate, powder accumulation is prevented, meanwhile, the blades are used for crushing large powder, friction between the blades and the arc-shaped grinding plate and frictionbetween the blades and the spherical grinding plate are used for modifying the surface, the structure is simple, cost is low, powder with the high grease content can be crushed, and practicability ishigh.

Abstract: The invention discloses a shockproof structure for an air distribution plate of a jet mill. A main body of the jet mill is fixedly arranged on a rack. The jet mill is provided with the air distribution plate. The air distribution plate is externally connected with a compressed air source through an air inlet pipe. Compressed air is distributed by the air distribution plate, and then is supplied to a nozzle in the jet mill. A weighing module is arranged at a joint of the main body and the rack. The air distribution plate is provided with an inner wall and an outer wall. A buffer layer is arranged between the inner wall and the outer wall, and is used for eliminating and alleviating pressure fluctuation and preventing the air distribution plate from shaking. Therefore, the influence of shaking of the air distribution plate on weighing accuracy is avoided.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preparing rot-proof and ant-proof treatment particle liquid for filling in timber, capable of atomizing metal of which atomization is difficult and which can be easily plastically deformed and compounds of the metal and preparing chemicals with low viscosity so as to enable easily penetration of effective components in the chemicals into the timber, and of preventing elution of the filled components from the timber so as to exhibit high rot-proof and ant-proof effects.SOLUTION: To deeply penetrate particles including metal (or metallic compound) having rot-proof and ant-proof effects into inside without causing clogging on a timber tissue surface, high-pressure injection is applied one or more times with respect to mixed liquid in which the particles and a dispersing agent are mixed, by using a high pressure wet type jet mill device, so that an average particle size of the particles becomes less than 1,000 nm.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrafine grinding device having a novel structure capable of practically obtaining fine powder of nano-order effectively and stably, and an ultrafine grinding method.SOLUTION: The ultrafine grinding device ultrafine-grinds grainy materials to be crushed (raw materials). It includes a jet mill 12 and an ejector type grinding pipe 30. Raw material supplying means 2 and 3 are connected to a suction chamber 31 of an ejector type raw material jet pipe 11 of the jet mill 12 by having airtight retaining means 5A, 5B and 6. The product exit of the jet mill 12 is connected in such a manner that swirl flow ground matter from the jet mill 12 can be introduced into the suction chamber (an explosion grinding chamber) 31 of the ejector type grinding pipe 30, and an expansion grinding (an explosion grinding) by rapid decompression is conducted for the materials to be crushed in the explosion grinding chamber 31.
