TL;DR: The Gang-jung cracker as mentioned in this paper is a cracker made from sticky rice with 6-8% water content and 30-50 deg.C for 5-24 hours to 5-20% of water content.
Abstract: The process for preparing a cracker called Gang-jung comprises the steps of (1) drying sticky rice at 30-50 deg.C to 6-8% water content, (2) grinding with one of pin mill, jet mill, roll mill or impact mill to 0.5-20 micron size, (3) discarding protein particles by Turboplex classifier, (4) kneading the remaining starch particles and shaping, (5) drying at 30-50 deg.C for 5-24 hours to 5-20% water content and (6) frying at 110 deg.C and again at 180 deg.C for 10 seconds. This process saves the soaking process and prevents spoilling.

TL;DR: In this article, a method for processing nanoscale talcum powder through a high-temperature and high-pressure steam jet mill is presented, which is safe and environmentally friendly, and social, economic and environment-friendly benefits are good.
Abstract: The invention discloses a method for processing nanoscale talcum powder through a high-temperature and high-pressure steam jet mill. The method includes the following steps that a, talcum powder raw mineral materials are coarsely crushed and smashed; b, materials obtained in the step a are pre-heated and dried to be delivered into the steam jet mill for ultramicro smashing and surface modification; and c, materials obtained in the step b are delivered into a grader to be graded, materials with the grain size meeting the requirement are collected, and materials with the grain size incapable of meeting the requirement are delivered back to the steam jet mill for ultramicro smashing, wherein a smashing cavity of the steam jet mill is 105-400 DEG C in temperature and 6-15 MPa in pressure, and the pre-heating temperature in the step b is 40-280 DEG C. By means of the method, the energy consumption is low, the smashing force is high, the energy-saving technical requirement is met, the remarkable effect on reducing of greenhouse gas emission is achieved, the method is safe and environmentally friendly, and the social, economic and environment-friendly benefits are good.

TL;DR: In this paper, an opposed-jet impact type jet mill with a cover gap adjustment device is presented, which is capable of being used for pulverization, classification, and easily performing adjustment of the above gap.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opposed-jet impact type jet mill having a cover gap (the gap between the lower end face of a classification rotor of a cover of the mill and the opening of a pulverized and classified powder conveyance means of a main body of the mill) adjustment device, which is capable of being used for pulverization, classification, etc., of a powder and easily performing adjustment of the above gap and also by which a pulverized and classified powder hardly contaminated with impurities can be obtained. SOLUTION: This mill is provided with: a cover 20 having a classification rotor 4 which is used for classifying a raw material powder pulverized with high-pressure gas streams opposed to each other and connected to a main body of the cover 20 in a upwardly and downwardly movable manner and provided at its lower end with a flat face 4f perpendicular to a rotary shaft 4b and also with an exposed flat face 4a that is positioned outside the main body of the cover 20 so as to be opposite and parallel to the face 4f; a pulverizer main body 10 having within it, a powder conveyance means 5 which is provided with an opening 5a that is formed opposite and parallel to the face 4f and used for introducing the powder classified with the rotor 4, and intended for conveying the power introduced through the opening 5a; and a displacement measurement means 30 for measuring the distance between the means 30 itself and the exposed flat face 4a and determining the difference of the measured distance from an initially set distance.
