Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rare earth-iron-nitrogen type magnetic material having a high magnetic characteristics, manufactured by adjusting the prim. grain size (mean grain diameter) of the material in a range for 10-100μm and then pulverizing the material into fine grains of 0.1-3μm mean grain size which is generally formulated as RaFe(100-a-b-c) Mb Nc (R is at least one of rare earth elements, incl. Y, M is at least one of To, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, 5<=a<=20, 0<=b<=5, 3<=c<=30 in atom.% and the rest is Fe). SOLUTION: Prim. grains are mechanically pulverized and more pref. pulverized with hydrogen occlusion into grains of 100-100μm, pref. 10-45μm and then finely pulverized into particles, using a jet mill, pref. gas-flow type jet mill, this reducing the defects such as machining strains introduced into the sample power at fine pulverizing. Thus it is possibly to provide a rare earth-iron- nitrogen magnetic material having a high magnetic characteristics.

Abstract: An air source control device includes an air compressor, a moisture detector, a moisture qualified channel, a moisture absorbing device, an oxygen content detector, an oxygen absorbing device, an oxygen content qualified channel, a pressure detector, a pressure qualified channel, a partial pressure device and an air source outlet. The air source control device is mainly used for the air source control of the jet mill during the production of NdFeB permanent magnetic materials, can effectively control the oxygen content and the humidity in the air, and can prevent a small amount of oxygen or the damp air from entering the jet mill to influence the quality of the magnetic powder.

Abstract: Tourmaline has the characteristics of releasing thermions,far-off infrared radiations and negative ions of oxygen.Ultra-fine powders of tourmaline have extensive applications in the fields of spin and weave,pigment and paint,as well as water purification.The preparation technology of ultra-fine tourmaline powder is discussed.The key equipment of a pilot plant to produce ultra-fine tourmaline powder with jet mill and stirred ball mill is described.Using this pilot plant facility we can produce tourmaline powder with particle size less than 100nm,and a continuous production process can be realized.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a spherical graphite material and in particular relates to a device for preparing a superfine spherical graphite. The device for preparing the superfine spherical graphite comprises a high-pressure jet mill, a mechanical jet mill, a grader and the like; the discharge hole of the high-pressure jet mill is connected with the inlet of the mechanical jet mill; the mechanical jet mill is connected with the grader; the grader is orderly connected with a dust remover and an induced draft fan; the lower discharge hole of the grader is connected with the feeding hole of the high-pressure jet mill by use of a pipeline. The device for preparing the superfine spherical graphite is capable of meeting the requirements of a user by keeping the diameter of the crushed particles below 8 microns and sphering such small particles.

Abstract: The particle size of medicinal materials is an important physical property that affects the pharmaceutical behaviors such as dissolution, chemical stability, and bioavailability of solid dosage forms. The size reduction of raw medicinal powder is needed to formulate insoluble drugs or slightly soluble medicines and to improve the pharmaceutical properties such as the solubility, the pharmaceutical mixing, and the dispersion. The objective of the present study is to evaluate physiological activity of amorphous and nano-particle preparations of insoluble drug, ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA), which were made by three types of fine grinding mills. The change of physical properties of ground UDCA was conformed by Mastersiger microplus and X-ray diffraction. We have investigated hepatoprotective effects of the nano-particle preparations of UDCA by planetary mill, vibration rod mill and jet mill in CCl_4-induced oxidatively injured mouse liver. The results showed that nano-particle preparations of UDCA all decreased reactive oxygen sepecies generation and lipid peroxidation in CCl_4-induced oxidative stress mice. Among them, nano-particle preparations by vibration rod mill and jet mill showed more significantly hepatoprotective effects compared to intact UDCA and planetary millground UDCA. These results suggest that ground UDCA with vibration rod mill and jet mill shows a high amorphous state and the improved dissolution.
