TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed an ejector for acceleration in accelerating tubes of dispersed material in the first turn, extending life of accelerating tubes by gas dynamic protection of tube walls against abrasion damage by dispersed flow.
Abstract: The invention relates to jet engineering, specifically – to the jet mills for grinding coarse materials. The invention is aimed on improving ejectors for acceleration in accelerating tubes of dispersed material in the first turn, extending life of accelerating tubes by gas dynamic protection of tube walls against abrasion damage by dispersed flow. Novelty in the disclosed design of an ejector consists in the original solutions of accelerating tubes in the form of a set of easily removable nozzle blocks installed in a cartridge. Another new solution consists in the original design of a nozzle apparatus, in which the ring nozzles are optimally located that cover the flow channel of accelerating tube and oriented in such a way that they provide acceleration of flow in the tube and effective protection of the walls of accelerating tubes.

TL;DR: In this article, a method for jet milling of damp or wet grist in a jet mill, such that at least one of the operating parameters is appropriately selected so that a combined drying and milling process occurs in which, to obtain an end product with predetermined degree of fineness and moisture content.
Abstract: A method for jet milling of damp or wet grist in a jet mill, such that at least one of the operating parameters is appropriately selected so that a combined drying and milling process occurs in which, to obtain an end product with predetermined degree of fineness and moisture content. The specific operating mechanism required for milling is selected so that it is greater than or equal to the specific drying requirement, and the end product is released from the jet mill with the predetermined fineness and moisture content. In addition, the invention relates to a jet mill to perform this method, such that adjusting, controlling or regulating devices are foreseen for adjusting, controlling or regulating at least one of the operating parameters.

TL;DR: In this article, a rotating speed measurement control device for a jet mill separation wheel is described, which is based on the utility model of a mill accessory, and particularly relates to a rotational speed measurement controller for the separation wheel.
Abstract: The utility model belongs to a jet mill accessory, and particularly relates to a rotating speed measurement control device for a jet mill separation wheel. The rotating speed measurement control device comprises a jet mill grinding chamber, the separation wheel, a cyclone separator, an electric control device and a charging bucket, and is characterized by further comprising a rotating speed sensor; valves adopt solenoid valves; the rotating speed sensor is arranged on a rotating shaft of the separation wheel; the rotating speed of the separation wheel is counted; the rotating speed sensor is electrically connected with the electric control device. The rotating speed measurement control device has the advantages that the concept is novel, and the structure is simple, compact and reasonable; the control device adopts the rotating speed sensor to measure the rotating speed of the separation wheel; when the rotating speed of the separation wheel is lower than a set value, an upper solenoid valve and a lower solenoid valve at a discharge opening are shut off at the same time and an alarm gives an alarm, the faults of the separation wheel are discovered in time, coarse powder and produced qualified fine powder are immediately separated, an alarm is given to remind an operator to repair in time, the mixture in the coarse powder is removed, loss caused by the unqualified performance is reduced, powder produced by a jet mill is guaranteed to be qualified, and the product magnetic performance is qualified.

TL;DR: In this article, the problem of forming a resin coating film having a good smooth and sweat-free skin touch and a characteristic hand touch on the surface of a product, etc, from a resin containing the mixture of a solvent with fine gelatin powder having a specific particle size is addressed.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a resin coating film having a good smooth and sweat-free skin touch and a characteristic hand touch on the surface of a product, etc, from a resin containing the mixture of a solvent with fine gelatin powder having a specific particle size SOLUTION: Gelatin powder or gelatin granules are ground with a jet mill blowing out jet air cooled at -15 degC at a rate of 6-8kg/cm to obtain the gelatin powder having a finer particle size than 6μm without deteriorating the hydrophilicity of the gelatin The gelatin powder is homogeneously suspended in a solvent such as dimethylformamide or toluene The gelatin to be charged in the jet mill is preferably preliminarily classified with a sieve or an air- classifying machine to obtain the gelatin powder containing the gelatin powder having diameters of =90wt%
