Abstract: The invention discloses a tangential injection type whirl flow jet flow grinding drill bit for a horizontal well. The grinding drill bit mainly comprises a PDC drill bit body and is characterized in that a debris discharging groove in the gauge protection portion of the PDC drill bit body is omitted, and the PDC drill bit body is internally and additionally provided with a tangential injection type rotating jet flow sand washing device, a high-concentration turbulence sand pumping device and a jet flow smashing device. According to the tangential injection type rotating jet flow sand washing device, high-speed rotation jet flow is generated through tangential injection type rotating jet flow spray nozzles, a well bottom whirl flow field beneficial to rock debris cleaning is formed, the stress condition of well bottom rock debris is improved, and the well bottom rock debris cleaning efficiency is improved. The high-concentration turbulence sand pumping device pumps and sucks the well bottom fluid based on the principle of a sand pumping pump, the well bottom pressure difference is reduced, unbalance is achieved, and the mechanical drilling speed is increased. The jet flow smashing device effectively smashes the rock debris based on the principle of a jet mill, the rock debris carrying efficiency is improved, the rock debris bed in the horizontal well is eliminated radically, and safe and efficient drilling of the horizontal well is finally achieved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a production method of the conductive powder suitable for the conductive paste used to form the circuit using photolithography technique. CONSTITUTION:In the conductive powder which is dispersed in an inert vehicle to make a paste and used to form a conductive film by exposure, the powder produced by a chemical method is adjusted with its grain size by a jet mill. It is preferable to heat-treat the powder in vacuum or in an inert gas atmosphere before treating it with the jet mill, and the coarsely pulverizing stage of the powder may be included between the heat treating stage and the jet mill treating stage.

Abstract: Background: A high-pressure wet-type jet mill is a powerful equipment used for the dispersion and emulsification of substances. In this study, we investigated its usefulness in the preparation of skin cream formulations. Method: We prepared a hydrophilic ointment base as a typical skin cream base, and then treated it with the wet-type jet mill under different conditions. Controllable factors of the wet-type jet mill included processing pressure, treatment cycle, and temperature of the treatment. Result: Treatment with the wet-type jet mill had a great impact on the rheological characteristics of the hydrophilic ointment base. The hysteresis areas and yield values of the treated ointments were significantly increased by increasing the processing pressure and temperature during the treatment. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method enabled to manufacture LiCoO 2 used as a positive electrode activator for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery in an intended grain size from cobalt oxide having various crystal forms and grain size distributions. SOLUTION: The cobalt oxide of either a spherical or a plate shape having any given grain size distribution is crushed into grains with a grain size, of which grains with a fillet diameter of 1 μm or less account for 50% or more of the total volume and those with a fillet diameter of 5 μm or more account for 1% or less as a grain size distribution including secondary grains with primary grains consisting of grains with a fillet diameter of 1 μm or less. Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a compsn. which is excellent in dispersion stability an hiding power and does not require operations such as stirring before the use by fixing fine titanium oxide particles on the surfaces of resin particles to form composite particles with specified particle sizes. CONSTITUTION:The compsn. contains, as a coloring matter, composite particle having a mean particle size of 0.2-2mum and obtd. by fixing fine titanium oxide particles having a mean particle size of 0.1mum or lower on the surfaces of resin particles. The resin particle reduces the apparent density of the oxide particles, improving the dispersion stability of the latter particles, and increases the apparent particle size of the latter, improving the whiteness and hiding power of the latter. The composite particles are obtd. by mixing the resin and the oxide particles and fixing the oxide particles on the surfaces of the resin particles by causing the oxide particles to be adsorbed by the surface or to be forced into the resin particles, e.g. by mixing and grinding with an automatic mortar, a jet mill, etc., and/or giving a mechanical impact with a hammer mill, etc.
