Abstract: The utility model discloses a fluidized bed jet mill, including air compressor, air compressor right side wall connection has the air duct, and its air duct lateral wall is provided with the valve, and the air duct end -to -end connection has an air gas storage tank, precision filter is installed to air gas storage tank right side wall, and the precision filter end -to -end connection has a lyophilizer, lyophilizer right side wall connection has a precision filter, and its precision filter end is provided with the air inlet, smashes a pipe end and be provided with the nozzle, and the mouth lateral wall is provided with the jet milling main part, smash main part bottom lateral wall and be connected with fan support, and fan support internally mounted there is the fan. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a fluidization base layer jet mill and to reduce costs by nozzle design in the jet mill for crushing raw material particles. SOLUTION: A plurality of nozzle devices for releasing the synthetic stream of a high speed fluid into a crushing chamber are set in the side wall of the mill to penetrate the wall. The raw material particles are received by the high speed fluid to be conveyed and introduced into the chamber to be made to collide with each other. Each high-speed stream is released from double-odd-bell-like openings 106 formed in each nozzle device to form the synthetic stream. A large amount of the high-speed fluid moving from the first end to the second end of each opening 106 is converged and accelerated in a convergence region 112, passes through a throat region 114, and is expanded and made a parallel flow linearly in the first expansion region 116 and rotationally in the second expansion region 118. Along the flow, the radius r1 and length s1 of the region 116 are determined to make dr1/ds1 a constant, and the radius r2 and length s2 of the region 118 are determined to make dr2/ds2 a non-linear function of s2. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet mill apparatus capable of reducing a variation in a particulate diameter by crushing treatment by stably generating a high speed swirling flow in a cavity chamber, though being an extremely simple structure.SOLUTION: The jet mill apparatus comprises a plurality of jet nozzles 13 embedded in a ring shape in an inner wall side surface of the cavity chamber 11, and crushes a crushing object injected into the cavity chamber in a fine particle by using the high speed swirling flow generated by high pressure gas jetted from the nozzles. A concentric coaxial cylinder of turning in the vertical upper direction is provided in a substantially central part of a ceiling surface of the cavity chamber, and the crushing object is injected into the cavity chamber by using negative pressure generated in an inner cylinder part 21 of the coaxial cylinder 21, and the crushed fine particle is also extracted from the inside of the cavity chamber by using positive pressure generated in an outer cylinder part 22 of the coaxial cylinder.
