TL;DR: In Islamic jurisprudence, the issue of the relationship between the cause and the judgement, which is the main pillar of qiyas, is a subject that has a theoretical aspect as well as a practical aspect as mentioned in this paper .
Abstract: In Islamic jurisprudence, the issue of the relationship between the cause and the judgement, which is the main pillar of qiyas, which is accepted as the most common way of extending the ruling of the nass, is a subject that has a theoretical aspect as well as a practical aspect. Since the third century of Hijri, when the methodology of Islamic jurisprudence began to be codified, there have been different considerations regarding the nature of the cause. This issue, which was influenced by theological understandings, was subject to different evaluations from the period of classification to the seventh century of Hijri, the period of tahkik, and four different understandings of the nature of the cause emerged. Three different groups of concepts were used to express these understandings. The first of these is alem, alām, emāra, and muarrif; the second is dāî, muessir, and mūjib; and the third is bāris. There are some differences in the use of the second group. While some of the usul al-usūlīs used the concept of zātī together with the concepts of mūjib and mujtahir, others used the concept of ca'lī. As a result, four different ideas of cause have emerged, namely, the realm/alām/emāra/muarrif, the essential /mūjib, the ca'lī /mūjib, and bāis. The idea of emāra/indication/muarrif illa was defended by most of the mutakallimīn jurists from al-Shāfiʿī (d. 204/820) to al-Rāzī (d. 606/1210), as well as by Hanafi jurists except Alauddīn al-Samarqandī (d. 539/1144). According to them, the absence of a judgement despite the existence of a cause before the revelation indicates that the cause does not have any effect on the judgement, but only indicates the existence of the judgement. The Ja'lī mūjib cause conception was favoured by jurists such as al-Ghazālī (d. 505/1111), al-Samarqandī, al-Usmandī (d. 552/1157) and al-Lāsmihī. They, like the previous ones, defended this view based on the connection of the cause to the judgement, but they argued that the effect of the cause on the judgement was created by God during the existence of the cause. The idea of bāis illaq was defended by al-Sayfuddīn al-Āmidī (d. 631/1233). Although this concept at first glance means the factor that prompts the Shāri'ī to issue a judgement, al-Āmidī gives it a different meaning as "the attribute that contains wisdom that is suitable for being the Shāri'ī's intention while issuing a judgement". What al-Āmidī takes into consideration in determining the nature of the cause is the main principle of Islamic law, which is maqāṣid al-shari'ah.

Abstract: Abstract: The structural planning and design process involves not just imagination and intellectual thinking, but also a thorough understanding of structural engineering science, as well as practical knowledge of modern design codes and bye laws, as well as a wealth of experience, intuition, and judgement. The goal of standards is to ensure and improve the safety of people and the environment. Tower is a steel structure developed by maintaining a delicate balance between economics and security. The transmission tower, in particular in order to establish a comfortable environment, the first thing that must be considered is safety. For the benefit of the beings in the immediate vicinity As a result, the transmission tower must be built and maintained properly. Therefore, the transmission tower has to be constructed with a proper care and maintenance. By normal designing and analysis of the tower it requires a more time so we adopt different softwares to obtain the results. So, analysis and designing of a transmission tower is done by “STAAD.Pro V8i”. Keywords: Transmission Line Tower, Analysis, Design, Staad-pro.

TL;DR: In this paper , an innovative online customization approach has been created in order to give useful suggestions, which makes use of improved graph-based partitioning algorithm for grouping web pages and classifying the current user actions more precisely than previous approaches.
Abstract: Creating a Web Personalization system is the process of tailoring a website to meet the specific requirements of an individual user or a group of users. To create accurate predictions about users' future movements, association rule mining and sequential pattern finding are some of the approaches it employs, clustering, and classification, among others. Recent approaches for online customization have fallen short in terms of accurately predicting user interests. An innovative online customization approach has been created in order to give useful suggestions. A website's web pages must be given suitable weights, and this is the foundation of the suggested work. In order to do this, we employed the distance measure of the visit relationship as well as the occurrence frequency measure of web pages. The technique makes use of an improved graph-based partitioning algorithm for grouping web pages and classifying the current user actions more precisely than previous approaches. When making a judgement between web sites for the purpose of recommendation, a Threshold value is employed. Our testing findings show that accuracy is around 61 percent, coverage is approximately 34 percent, and F1 measure is 44.23 percent. It contributes to the enhancement of the user's browsing experience.

TL;DR: In this article , a systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted to investigate the contribution of Delphi in solving problems for the past 11 years in the mining industry and to understand the future outlook of the Delphi technique in the Malaysian mining industry.
Abstract: The Delphi technique is used to achieve consensus from a panel of experts on particular issues by several series or rounds. Previous scholars widely used Delphi in social science studies, business, healthcare, education and many more. However, there is a lack of systematic review on the contribution of Delphi in the engineering and technology field of research. Thus, the aims of this systematic literature review (SLR) are to investigate the contribution of Delphi in solving problems for the past 11 years in the mining industry and to understand the future outlook of Delphi in the Malaysian mining industry. By applying the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA), 37 selected papers were identified with three main themes and 24 subthemes created using thematic analysis. Based on the findings, the most highlighted contribution of Delphi came from Theme 3: Delphi’s derivatives (50.0%), followed by Theme 1: Mine lifecycle (12.5%), and Theme 2: Analysis of Delphi (37.5 %). In conclusion, an SLR could hopefully increase awareness among mining players to use Delphi in solving their problems which cannot be solved by machinery or tools in achieving a consensus among experts.
