TL;DR: In this paper, a vehicle computing system provides multi-layered caching for high-resolution maps for autonomous vehicles, which makes this data usable in a system that requires very low latency on every operation.
Abstract: High definition maps for autonomous vehicles are very high resolution and detailed, and hence require storage of a great deal of data. A vehicle computing system provides multi-layered caching makes this data usable in a system that requires very low latency on every operation. The system determines which routes are most likely to be driven in the near future by the car, and ensures that the route is cached on the vehicle before beginning the route. The system provides efficient formats for moving map data from server to car and for managing the on-care disk. The system further provides real-time accessibility of nearby map data as the car moves, while providing data access at optimal speeds.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present a real-time, secure collaboration environment that allows for cooperative interaction and decision making and provides the ability for users to simultaneously view, revise, and review a document or multimedia file that resides in a shared data storage location.
Abstract: In accordance with one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, systems and methods disclosed herein enable synergy among a group of users by providing a real-time, secure collaboration environment that allows for cooperative interaction and decision making and provide the ability for users to simultaneously view, revise, and review a document or multimedia file that resides in a shared data storage location. Real-time, low latency, rich collaboration between producers and consumers provides organization efficiency, and this collaboration provides real-time, low latency transmission of data.

TL;DR: In this paper, a real-time multiple target detection scheme using microwave metamaterials (MTMs) is presented, which is able to detect multiple targets in real time by simply reading the received spectral components with minimum post-processing.
Abstract: In this paper, we present a novel real-time multiple target detecting scheme using microwave metamaterials (MTMs). By utilizing the frequency-space mapping characteristic of microwave MTMs, we are able to detect multiple targets in real time by simply reading the received spectral components with minimum post-processing that is usually required in conventional radar or imaging systems. The proposed scheme demonstrates an ultrafast, simple, low cost, and low latency architecture for target detection and is very promising to be adapted into any real time radar systems.

TL;DR: An improved scheme for the F-HMIPv6 is proposed in this paper, which helps to settle the existing problem of F- HMIPv 6 and the analysis shows that proposed scheme has better performance than the current scheme.
Abstract: A seamless handover scheme with low latency and low packet loss is important to performance of Mobile IPv6. To some extent, the Fast Handover scheme for Hierarchical Mobile IPv6 (F-HMIPv6) reduce the delay of fast handover procedure. However, in practice the handover delay is still very high for time-sensitive services. an improved scheme for the F-HMIPv6 is proposed in this paper, which helps to settle the existing problem of F-HMIPv6. The analysis shows that proposed scheme has better performance than the F-HMIPv6.
