TL;DR: In this article, a high-precision solar tracking sensor based on an optical grating was proposed, where obliquely carved stripes were formed in the lower end surface of the light pillar, a cross groove matched with the lower part of the lower point of a light pillar was formed in a fixed stripe optical grater, and vertically carved stripes matched with oblique carved stripes are formed on the surfaces of the cross groove.
Abstract: The invention discloses a high-precision solar tracking sensor based on an optical grating. The high-precision solar tracking sensor comprises a photoelectric receiver, a light pillar, a fixed stripe optical grating, a lens and a fixed unit, wherein obliquely carved stripes are formed in the lower end surface of the light pillar; a cross groove matched with the lower end of the light pillar is formed in the fixed stripe optical grating; vertically carved stripes matched with the obliquely carved stripes are formed in the surfaces of the cross groove in the fixed stripe optical grating; the lower end of the fixed stripe optical grating is installed in the cross groove; the fixed stripe optical grating is installed in the lens; the lens is installed in the fixed unit; a plurality of fixed holes are uniformly formed in the fixed unit; and the photoelectric receiver is installed in the fixed hole through a locker. The sensor disclosed by the invention has a relatively high antijamming capability, so that the measurement accuracy for solar motion displacement is improved. Automatic tracking for the sun can be realized by a solar panel, so that the condition of solar automatic tracking control can be known in real time by a worker, and the solar energy utilization rate of solar equipment is improved.
