Abstract: The invention discloses a novel LED projection lamp with an anti-dazzle light shield. The novel LED projection lamp comprises a lamp body and the anti-dazzle light shield which is arranged on the lampbody, wherein the anti-dazzle light shield is provided with anti-dazzle lenses which are in one-to-one correspondence with LED light sources in the lamp body, and the anti-dazzle light shield is provided with a connector which is connected with a connector of the lamp body in a matched manner. The anti-dazzle light shield is externally arranged, the accurate anti-dazzle effect is conducted on each single lens in a one-to-one manner, an emitted light pillar is accurately shielded through the anti-dazzle light shield for achieving the anti-dazzle effect, and therefore dazzle is shielded withina needed angle range in a no-dead-corner manner. Shielding to the irradiation area of an irradiated object is also reduced to the minimum degree, and the no-dead-corner anti-dazzle effect is achievedin a real sense on the premise of not affecting the irradiation area of the irradiated object. The anti-dazzle light shield is provided with four water leakage holes, the water accumulation problem ofthe lamp is better solved, and the year-round maintenance-free effect is achieved.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for forming an outer layer part of a light pillar which secures the visibility and the light pillar using the same are provided to prevent damage to the light pillar due to the external force. CONSTITUTION: A light pillar(100) is prepared. A glue layer(200) including crusher dust(302) is formed on the exterior of the light pillar. A first elastic layer(300) made of an elastic material is formed on the glue layer. A first resilient material(301) is heated with the constant temperature and changed to the liquid. The first resilient material with the crusher dust is mixed and poured in a frame to be cured.
