Abstract: A fast night-sky Cerenkov detector has been used in a search for γ-rays of energy 1012 eV from ten pulsars. Observations were made at a site in Malta during the years 1969–70. No strong evidence for continuous emission was found, and the upper flux limits are given. Analysis for γ-rays pulsed at the pulsar period shows an anomalous effect from the Crab Nebula, which may correspond to a true flux. On other pulsars no evidence was found for emission at the pulsar periods.
