Abstract: The present invention intends to solve the above described problems and provides a high reliability complex type thin film magnetic head in which high recording magnetic field density is achieved without deteriorating an MR element by heat, and in the case when the complex type thin film magnetic head is of sliding type, eccentric friction likely to occur in a lower magnetic core and a upper magnetic core is relaxed and production method thereof. The complex type thin film magnetic head is structured by forming an MR head portion on an inductive head portion produced on a base substrate. Conductive coils are formed on the recess portions formed on the lower magnetic core because the groove portions exist through a first flattening layer.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To efficiently and easily insert an ignition coil into a cylindrical space such as a plug hole into which the ignition coil is inserted by a method wherein wire materials composed of a magnetic substance are bundled and a cylindrical central iron core is formed CONSTITUTION:Wire materials are composed of a material whose flux density is at 13 tesla or higher when a magnetic field is at 8 oersted The wire materials are wound to be a cylindrical shape at a space factor of 525% or higher; a central iron core is formed In addition, an insulating layer is applied to the outer circumference of the wire materials; the wire materials to which the insulating layer has been applied are pressurized, brought into close contact and bundled to be a cylindrical shape at a space factor of 85 to 95%; a central iron core is formed A central iron core 20 is formed in the following manner: many wire materials 30 to which an insulator has been applied on their surface are cut to prescribed lengths; the individual wire materials 30 are bundled; they are filled into the space formed by an upper metal mold and a lower metal mold which can make the external shape of a product round and on which a mold-releasing agent has been coated; and they are pressed and shaped while being heated from the outside An insulating layer 31 is formed of a thermoplastic resin When a saturation flux density can be made large and the wire materials can be insulated in this manner, it is possible to obtain a high secondary generation voltage

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve motor efficiency and output by specifying the circuit constitution of a rotor and further the ring magnet. CONSTITUTION:According to the basic constitution of a magnetic path, a conductive member 13 is buried in the circumferential slot 11a of a circular magnet 11, and also a short-circuit ring 14 is arranged to make a cage-type conductor 15, and a laminated iron core 12 made of soft magnetic material is arranged on the inside of that magnet 11. The magnet 11 is not square but circular, and a circumferential slot 11a is provided. It is of such constitution that one laminated iron core is not provided with a circumferential slot, a magnetic slot, and a magnetic resistance barrier slot. Accordingly, by putting it in such constitution that the magnetic fluxes from the ring magnet 11 can be focused directly on the side of a stator through only the space required for rotation, the efficiency of a permanent magnet type synchronous motor can be improved, and by making the ring magnet 11 a rare earth-iron magnet wherein ultraquenching powder of rare-earth-iron alloy is directly compacted in the shape of a bulk, the output can be improved without marring the resistance to demagnetization of the permanent magnet type synchronous motor.
