Abstract: The star viewing chronometer has the function of timing, is synchronous with practical starry sky for observing stars anytime and can be used to determine the position of the sun in ecliptic. It can reach a precision of 4 min for 1000 years between the simulated starry sky and the practical one. It is used in timing and popularizing astronomy knowledge.
