TL;DR: The mass excess of 25Si has been measured as 3 832 ± 12 keV via determination of the Q-value for the 28Si(3He, 6He)25Si reaction.

TL;DR: In this article, a model based on the MIT Bag Model for particles containing one heavy quark was proposed, which eliminates the colour electric and the colour magnetic energy terms in the mass formula, by replacing them by a renormalization of the constants of the model.
Abstract: We propose a model based on the MIT Bag Model for particles containing one heavy quark. We eliminate the colour electric and the colour magnetic energy terms in the mass formula, by replacing them by a renormalization of the constants of the model

TL;DR: In this paper, the mass formulae for meson nonets are derived based on equalities among partial-wave amplitudes for quark-antiquark scattering obtained in a previous paper, and on an assumption about their analytical properties.
Abstract: Linear mass formulae for meson nonets are obtained. The derivation is based on equalities among partial-wave amplitudes for quark-antiquark scattering obtained in a previous paper, and on an assumption about their analytical properties. The resulting formulae are in very good agreement with experimental mass values for the 1− and 2+ meson nonets, but fail completely for pseudoscalar mesons.
