TL;DR: Some basic properties and characterization theorems for the γ-continuous functions in fuzzy bitopological spaces are examined and it is observed that every pairwise fuzzyγ-Continuous functions is pairwise warm precontinuous but the converse not true.
Abstract: In this paper we introduce the notion of γ-open sets and γ-continuous functions in fuzzy bitopological spaces. We examine some basic properties and prove some characterization theorems for the said functions. It is observed that every pairwise fuzzy γ-continuous functions is pairwise fuzzy precontinuous but the converse not true.

TL;DR: The paper considers the determination of optimal inventory policy of firms from a global viewpoint of top management, represented as a fuzzy conditional statement equated with a fuzzy relation which is the firm's optimal fuzzy replenishment rule.

TL;DR: A neurofuzzy-based approach is proposed, which coordinates the sensor information and robot motion together and can adequately sense the environment around, autonomously avoid static and moving obstacles, and generate reasonable trajectories toward the target in various situations without suffering from the "dead cycle" problems.
Abstract: In this paper, a neurofuzzy-based approach is proposed, which coordinates the sensor information and robot motion together. A fuzzy logic system is designed with two basic behaviors, target seeking and obstacle avoidance. A learning algorithm based on neural network techniques is developed to tune the parameters of membership functions, which smooths the trajectory generated by the fuzzy logic system. Another learning algorithm is developed to suppress redundant rules in the designed rule base. A state memory strategy is proposed for resolving the "dead cycle" problem. Under the control of the proposed model, a mobile robot can adequately sense the environment around, autonomously avoid static and moving obstacles, and generate reasonable trajectories toward the target in various situations without suffering from the "dead cycle" problems. The effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed approach are demonstrated by simulation studies.

TL;DR: This letter makes some observations about “Interval type-2 fuzzy sets are generalization of interval-valued fuzzy sets: Towards a wide view on their relationship,” and points out that all operations, methods, and systems that have been developed and published about IT2 FSs are, so far, only valid in the special case when IT2FS = IVFS.
Abstract: This letter makes some observations about “Interval type-2 fuzzy sets are generalization of interval-valued fuzzy sets: Towards a wide view on their relationship,” IEEE Trans. Fuzzy Systems that further support the distinction between an interval type-2 fuzzy set (IT2 FS) and an interval-valued fuzzy set (IV FS), points out that all operations, methods, and systems that have been developed and published about IT2 FSs are, so far, only valid in the special case when IT2 FS = IVFS, and suggests some research opportunities.

TL;DR: The triangular fuzzy number is used to denote the membership degree and the non‐membership degree and an effective solution is offered for multi‐attitude decision‐making problem and an active try is made.
Abstract: On the foundation of the theory of the intuitionistic fuzzy set, this paper uses the triangular fuzzy number to denote the membership degree and the non‐membership degree and proposes the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number. Then the operation rules of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are defined. The weighted arithmetic averaging operator and the weighted geometric average operator are presented and used to the decision making area after defined the score function and the accuracy function. An effective solution is offered for multi‐attitude decision‐making problem and an active try is made.
