TL;DR: In this article, the temperature dependence of the paramagnetic susceptibility χ m (T ) taken in 2500-Oe, the resistivity ρ (T ), and the thermoelectric power α ( T ) of DyBaCo 2 O 5+ x, which has Ba and Dy ordered into alternate (001) planes of an oxygen-deficient perovskite, have revealed a phase segregation in the compositional range 0.3⩽ x 2 O 0.51 (1.51) planes.

TL;DR: In this article, a detailed study of the magnetic properties of TbRu 2 Ge 2 and TbRRu 2 Si 2 single crystals is presented, from specific heat and magnetization measurements.
Abstract: A detailed study of the magnetic properties of TbRu 2 Ge 2 and TbRu 2 Si 2 single crystals is presented, from specific heat and magnetization measurements. Both compounds exhibit very similar features, in particular a multistep metamagnetic behaviour at low temperature along the [001] easy direction, and the occurrence of a zero-field phase transition at a temperature far below the Neel temperature. The complex H-T magnetic phase diagrams are deduced, a situation typical of long-period commensurate or incommensurate systems.

TL;DR: In this paper, the relative change of effective mass through the pseudo metamagnetic transition is invariant under pressure and the spin-depairing of quasiparticles on CeRu 2 Si 2 and that of Cooper pairs on the unconventional heavy fermion superconductor CeCoIn 5.
Abstract: Resistivity measurements performed under pressure in the paramagnetic ground state of CeRu 2 Si 2 are reported. They demonstrate that the relative change of effective mass through the pseudo metamagnetic transition is invariant under pressure. The results are compared with the first order metamagnetic transition due to the antiferromagnetism of Ce 0.9 La 0.1 Ru 2 Si 2 which corresponds to the “negative” pressure of CeRu 2 Si 2 by volume expansion. Finally, we describe the link between the spin-depairing of quasiparticles on CeRu 2 Si 2 and that of Cooper pairs on the unconventional heavy fermion superconductor CeCoIn 5 .
