TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used standard raster specimen, using LSCM scanning moire method to obtain scan moire image, to proceed four steps phase shift processing to originality image though moire phase shift technology to obtain phase map, after unpackaging to obtain originality phase map according to phase and displacement field relation to obtain scanning perturbed field.
Abstract: The present invention adopts standard raster specimen, using LSCM scanning moire method to obtain scanning moire image, to proceed four steps phase shift processing to originality image though moire phase shift technology to obtain phase shift moire image, according to moire phase shift theory to obtain phase map, after unpackaging to obtain originality phase map, according to phase and displacement field relation to obtain scanning perturbed field, thereby reaching correction target. Compared with current method, the present invention can directly measure scan line perturbed field resulted from scanning control unit distortion phenomena through scanning moire and moire phase shift technology , with high precision, simple operation, and real time and all field measurement.

TL;DR: In this article, a pattern detecting apparatus is provided with an illuminating device which separates a detected surface into a plurality of irradiation areas and irradiates an irradiation light to adjacent irradiated areas from different directions, and an image processing device which detects a phase difference of a concentration change of the moire image when the image is obtained by the imaging device.
Abstract: A pattern detecting apparatus is provided with an illuminating device which separates a detected surface into a plurality of irradiation areas and irradiates an irradiation light to adjacent irradiation areas from different directions, an imaging device which overlaps and images the irradiation areas with a mask generating a moire, and an image processing device which detects a phase difference of a concentration change of the moire image in the irradiation areas when the moire image is obtained by the imaging device, thereby judging whether or not a pattern exists.

TL;DR: Random phase-shifting digital holography based on a self-calibrated system based on the space-division-multiplexing technique and the sampling Moiré method from the calibration interference fringes is proposed.
Abstract: Random phase-shifting digital holography based on a self-calibrated system is proposed. In the proposed method, the hologram and the calibration interference fringes can be recorded simultaneously in a single image based on the space-division-multiplexing technique. Three randomly phase-shifted holograms and corresponding interference fringes are recorded, and the phase-shifting amount between each two adjacent holograms is calculated by the sampling Moire method from the calibration interference fringes. A reflective object is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in the numerical and experiment.

TL;DR: In this paper, a combination of non-orthogonal mesh structures with parcels of printing dots which have common shape and size is used to reduce undesirable effects such as moire or colour shift in coloured halftone images.
Abstract: The patterns can be used to reduce one or more undesirable effects such as moire or colour shift in coloured halftone images Colour screens in the images are based on a combination of non-orthogonal mesh structures with parcels of printing dots which have common shape and size Preferably the dots grow in mid tones by extending first towards their second, third or fourth nearest neighbours
