TL;DR: In this article, a TRAF (TNF receptor associated factor)-like family gene can reduce the transpiration rate of plants in the water shortage situation so as to improve drought resistance in the premise of not affecting normal growth and development of the plants.
Abstract: The invention relates to a plant drought resistance ability improving method, and discloses a TRAF (TNF receptor associated factor)-like family gene, which can reduce the transpiration rate of plants in the water shortage situation so as to improve drought resistance in the premise of not affecting the normal growth and development of the plants. The TRAF (TNF receptor associated factor)-like family gene can be perfectly applied in improvement of plant varieties and improvement of plant resistance to adversity. The method uses transgenosis and other molecular breeding technologies to breed new drought tolerant varieties of crops, and provides very valuable gene resources.

TL;DR: Through analyzing the research situation of Hemerocallis breeding, the article summarized the breeding objectives of flower color, flower type, flower fragrance and flower season, and breeding methods of hybridization, ploidy, and molecular breeding, and pointed out the problems.
Abstract: Through analyzing the research situation of Hemerocallis breeding, the article summarized the breeding objectives of flower color, flower type, flower fragrance and flower season, and breeding methods of hybridization, ploidy, and molecular breeding, and then pointed out the problems in Hemerocallis breeding, the problems were as follows:lack of collection and protection of Hemerocallis germplasm resource, reduction of heredity difference in varieties, single of breeding technology, finally, the development of Hemerocallis breeding was prospected.
