TL;DR: The enaminones 1b,d,f react with 4-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazoleamine 3a to yield the pyrazole derivatives 4a-c that cyclised readily on reflux in pyridine solution in presence of hydrochloric acid as mentioned in this paper.

TL;DR: An efficient new method is reported for the chemical synthesis ofcyl glucuronides by selective 1beta-acylation of allyl glucuronate with carboxylic acids catalyzed by HATU and then mild deprotection through treatment with Pd(PPh(3))(4) and morpholine.

TL;DR: A new series of 3-alkyl-, 3-trifluoromethyl, 3-carboxyethyl- and 3-bromomethYLquinoxaline-2-ones and 2,3-bis(bromometrichyl)quinoxalines bearing Cl, CF3, morpholine on the benzo-moiety were synthesised and submitted to a preliminary in vitro evaluation for antibacterial and anticandida activities.
Abstract: A new series of 3-alkyl-, 3-trifluoromethyl-, 3-carboxyethyl- and 3-bromomethylquinoxaline-2-ones and 2,3-bis(bromomethyl)quinoxalines bearing Cl, CF3, morpholine on the benzo-moiety, were synthesised and submitted to a preliminary in vitro evaluation for antibacterial and anticandida activities. Results of the screening showed that compounds 9b, 14b and 19b (MIC=62.5 μg/ml) and 10b (MIC=15.6 μg/ml) were the most active against Vibrio alginolyticus.

TL;DR: It is suggested that Mannich bases of kojic acid bearing substituted benzyl piperazine groups (compounds 1, 3, 4, 11, 13, 14, 23, 24, 28, and 29) could be promising antityrosinase agents.
