TL;DR: In this paper, a fiber fabric having a predetermined tensile strength is provided on one or both sides or in the inside part of the felt, the resultant material is pressed with heating to deep draw it into the interlining material for automotive interior trim.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To deep draw while preventing tearing or breakage, by a method wherein a fiber fabric is provided on the surface or in the inside part of an uncured bulky felt obtained by adding a thermosetting resin or the like to a fibrous material as a binder, and the resultant material is pressed with heating. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting resin or a thermoplastic resin is added as a binder to a fibrous material such as wood fibers, natural fibers, chemical synthetic fibers or a mixture thereof to produce an uncured bulky felt. A fiber fabric having a predetermined tensile strength is provided on one or both sides or in the inside part of the felt, the resultant material is pressed with heating to deep draw it into the interlining material for automotive interior trim. The fiber fabric may be a roughly woven natural fiber fabric such as gauze, a chemical fiber fabric or other nonwoven fabric which has the predetermined tensile strength.

TL;DR: In this article, a method for reducing the amount of an adhesive agent used and improving the resolving power of perforation was proposed, where saturated polyester resin having a strong adhesive power is used as an adhesive for a polyester film to a porous tissue paper or a mesh-form sheet.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable reducing of an amount of an adhesive agent used and improving of a resolving power, by a method wherein saturated polyester resin having a strong adhesive power is used as an adhesive agent for a polyester film to a porous tissue paper or a meshform sheet. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive agent, whose main component is saturated polyester, is used as an adhesive agent for a polyester film with a thickness of abour 2-8mu to a porous tissue paper, whose main raw material is natural fiber, such as Manilar hemp, Kozo or paper mulbery, mitsumata or Edgeworthia papyrifera, synthetic fiber, such as tetlon, semi-synthetic fiber, such as rayon, and which has a basis weight of about 5-15g/m , or a meshform sheet which is woven with fibers, such as nylon, polyester, having a size of 30-50mu, and at grating intervals of about 50-150mu. The saturated polyester has a strong adhesive power, and thereby it can sharply reduce the amount of the adhesive agent used, which results in exercising a good influence on a perforative property and improving a resolving power of perforation.

TL;DR: In this paper, a synthetic high-molecular cationic sizing agent is used to obtain an oil-adsorbing material which is lightweight and possesses oil adsorption and retention abilities.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an oil-adsorbing material which is lightweight and possesses oil adsorption and retention abilities, by sizing natural fiber with a synthetic high-molecular cationic sizing agent and making paper. CONSTITUTION:Natural fiber is beaten and sized with a synthetic high-molecular cationic sizing agent. The sized fiber is subjected to a paper making stage to obtain an oil-adsorbing material. Examples of said natural fibers are wood pulp, cotton, kapok, hemp, flax and Edgeworthia papyrifera. Such fibers may be used either alone or as a mixture with one or more of other fibers listed above. Since cotton linter pulp and kapok fiber are hollow, they contain air therein and hence the oil-adsorbing material has characteristics of having a low density and being rich in oil adsorptivity. When different kinds of fibers such as wood pulp, kapok fibers and cotton linter pulp are blended together, fine fibers are interwound and there can be obtd. excellent oil-adsorbing material having a still lower density (0.08-0.10g/cm ) due to spaces between fibers.

TL;DR: In this paper, a titled sheath-core type conjugate fiber that is composed of two kinds of polyester different in solubility in which the more soluble component is arranged on the surface and the other groups are arranged at a right angle to the fiber axis, thus showing touch and glass similar to natural fiber.
Abstract: PURPOSE:The titled sheath-core type conjugate fiber that is composed of 2 kinds of polyester different in solubility in which the more soluble component is arranged on the surface and the other groups are arranged at a right angle to the fiber axis, thus showing touch and glass similar to natural fiber. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of polyester different in solubility such as polyethylene terephthalates different in intrinsic viscosity are subjected to sheath-core type conjugate spinning so that the more soluble component such as the lower viscosity polymer becomes the sheath part. Then, the resultant fiber is soaked in 60% monomethylamine aqueous solution to give the objective fiber where the harder soluble component groups are arranged almost perpendicularly to the fiber axis on the surface of the sheath component. When the diameter of the conjugate fiber is defined as D, the thickness of the sheath is preferably 0.05- 0.5D, the width of grooves is 0.01-1.0 D, the dipth is 0.01-0.5D and the pitch is 0.01-10.0D.

TL;DR: In this article, a natural fiber, a synthetic fiber, and a magnesium-lithium fiber was used to make a paper and then it was molded by heating to obtain a vibration diaphragm for speaker.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency, by mixing a natural fiber, a synthetic fiber, and a magnesium-lithium fiber to make a paper and by molding this paper by heating to obtain a vibration diaphragm for speaker CONSTITUTION:Bleached kraft pulp (NBKP) is crushed into 300ml freeness (CSF), and about 10-15% fibrous materials of 10mu thickness, 10mu width, and 3- 5mm length obtained by cutting the magnesium-lithium alloy is added to pulp After aggitating them to disperse them uniformly, a synthetic resin emulsion is added, and they are made into a vibration diaphragm form, and this obtained mateial is molded by heating to produce a vibration diaphragm Since the magnesium-lithium alloy becomes a metallic fiber lighter than other metallic fibers, the efficiency of a speaker is improved

TL;DR: In this article, a sheet of a water purifying member by mixing and elastically coupling fiber, which contains resin having rubber elasticity, and active carbon fiber, is formed.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a break due to a clog by expanding and reducing a filter flow passage in accordance with a process variable, by forming a sheet of a water purifying member by mixing and elastically coupling fiber, which contains resin having rubber elasticity, and active carbon fiber CONSTITUTION:To obtain fiber which contains resin exhibiting rubber elasticity, at least one cellulose fiber selected among natural fiber, reproduced fiber and semisynthetic fiber is impregnated with a 05-50wt% solution of polyurethane having rubber elasticity, and then dried Further, phenol resin is spinned into fiber, carbonized by being heated, and then activated to obtain phenol active carbon fiber Then, fiber containing resin exhibiting rubber elasticity and the active carbon fiber are mixed together to obtain a adequately thick sheet of a water purifying member of three-dimensional structure wherein the fibers are bonded together elastically

TL;DR: In this article, a diaphragm was used to obtain excellent flame resistance and frequency characteristics, by impregnating a thermo-setting resin and an organic boron compound to a mixture of a natural fiber and an inorganic fiber.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain excellent flame resistance and frequency characteristics, by impregnating a thermo-setting resin and an organic boron compound to a diaphragm mixed with a natural fiber and an inorganic fiber, and performing pressure and heat processing CONSTITUTION:An inorganic fiber (20-50wt% of carbon glass fiber) is mixed to a natural fiber (wood) kneaded suitably and the mixture is formed into a prescribed form Thus, after a thermo-setting resin (epoxy resin) and an organic boron compound are impregnated to the diaphragm and preparatory drying (eg, 100 degC, 5min) is performed The dried plate is heated and formed 200 degC, at 8kg/ cm press pressure for one minute of forming time, allowing to obtain a diaphragm excellent in the heat resistance and frequency characteristics
