TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a configuration comprising a processing chamber from at least a reaction tube and an oven opening portion disposed in the lower portion of the reaction tube, a nozzle disposed at the opening portion and rising from the oven opening part to the interior of reaction tube; a gas supply system disposed on the upstream side of the nozzle; a shut-off unit configured in such a manner as to be disposed between the gas supply and the nozzle.
Abstract: The invention provides a configuration comprising: a processing chamber configured from at least a reaction tube and an oven opening portion disposed in the lower portion of the reaction tube; a nozzle disposed at the oven opening portion and rising from the oven opening portion to the interior of the reaction tube; a gas supply system disposed on the upstream side of the nozzle; a shut-off unit configured in such a manner as to be disposed at the boundary between the gas supply system and the nozzle; and a control unit controlling each of the gas supply system and the shut-off unit in such a manner as to coordinate the shut-off unit with the gas supply system and supply gas from the nozzle to the interior of the processing chamber.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present a combustor for combusting a flow of fuel and air, which consists of a number of fuel nozzles, a lean pre-nozzle fuel injection system, and a premixing annulus.
Abstract: The present application provides for a combustor for combusting a flow of fuel and a flow of air. The combustor may include a number of fuel nozzles, a lean pre-nozzle fuel injection system positioned upstream of the fuel nozzles, and a premixing annulus positioned between the fuel nozzles and the lean pre-nozzle fuel injection system to premix the flow of fuel and the flow of air.

TL;DR: The ink- jet matrix printer has a number of elements, each of which has an electromagnetic drive stage (13) that induces linear movement of an armature element (11), the armature connects with a needle (10) to displace a sealing element (12) to generate ink discharge through a nozzle (7).
Abstract: The ink- jet matrix printer has a number of elements, each of which has an electromagnetic drive stage (13) that induces linear movement of an armature element (11). The armature connects with a needle (10) to displace a sealing element (12) to generate ink discharge through a nozzle (7). Ink is supplied to the nozzle through a central path from an inlet connection (3). The nozzles are set into a matrix plate with specific spacing. ADVANTAGE - Provides flexibility in layout.
