TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a semiconductor package that can accommodate a larger semiconductor chip while keeping the foot print area afforded to a conventional semiconductor packages by an improved locking strength between a chip paddle and an encapsulation material.
Abstract: A semiconductor package that can accommodate a larger semiconductor chip while keeping the foot print area afforded to a conventional semiconductor package. The semiconductor package of the present invention also has an improved locking strength between a chip paddle and an encapsulation material. Additionally, the semiconductor chip of the present invention exhibits an improved heat radiation of the semiconductor chip over conventional semiconductor packages. The package of the present invention comprises a semiconductor chip having a plurality of bond pads on its upper surface; a chip paddle bonded to the bottom surface of the semiconductor chip by an adhesive; a plurality of internal leads, each having an etched part at the end facing the chip paddle, which are formed at regular intervals along the perimeter of the chip paddle; conductive wires for electrically connecting the bond pads of the semiconductor chip to the internal leads; and a package body in which the semiconductor chip, the conductive wires, the chip paddle and the internal leads are encapsulated by an encapsulation material while the chip paddle and the internal leads are externally exposed at their side surfaces and bottom surfaces.

TL;DR: In this article, a decontamination paddle device is arranged on a water tank body, and comprises a paddle part, a paddle adjustment part and a rotary handle part, wherein the paddle part is formed by a telescopic rod and a cleaning paddle.
Abstract: The invention discloses a water storage barrel convenient for cleaning the interior. A decontamination paddle device is arranged on a water tank body, and comprises a paddle part, a paddle adjustment part and a rotary handle part, wherein the paddle part is formed by a telescopic rod and a cleaning paddle; the cleaning paddle is fixedly connected to the lower end of the telescopic rod; the paddle part is connected with the rotary handle part; a flat guide for the telescopic rod to be in the longitudinal position in the water tank body is arranged on the paddle adjustment part; the paddle adjustment part is movably connected with the upper end face of the water tank body; a dull polish layer is formed on the outer surface of the cleaning paddle; a spraying nozzle is formed on the telescopic rod; a drain outlet is formed in the bottom part of the water tank body. Compared with the prior art, according to the water storage barrel convenient for cleaning the interior, through the pivoting friction of the paddle part in the water tank body, and the cooperation of the spraying nozzle for washing the interior of the water tank body, invisible dirt in the water tank can be effectively removed.

TL;DR: In this paper, a pull paddle with a longitudinal centerline extending from the leading edge to the trailing edge is presented for swimming training, with a wrist detent and a tapered leading edge.
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a pull paddle for swim training which includes a paddle having a leading edge and a trailing edge and a longitudinal centerline extending from the leading edge to the trailing edge. The paddle is tapered so that the leading edge is substantially narrower than the trailing edge. The paddle has a relief in the trailing edge defining a wrist detent. The paddle has a center of force no more than 11/2" from the wrist detent along the longitudinal center line and includes structure for selectively gripping the paddle.

TL;DR: An automatic pot stirring device according to the invention includes a state-of-the-art rechargeable battery, adjustable support arms, and a stirring paddle, which can be used with various sizes of saucepans already in a cook's kitchen as mentioned in this paper.
Abstract: An automatic pot stirring device according to the invention includes a state of the art rechargeable battery, adjustable support arms, and a stirring paddle. An important aspect of the invention is that it can be used with various sizes of saucepans already in a cook's kitchen by adjusting the support arms and the stirring paddle. The device can be used and stored easily, and maintains an attractive design. There is no need for an electrical outlet nearby. Moreover, the device uses efficient engineering and parts to minimize manufacturing costs. The stirring paddle has a fluid dynamic design which assures efficient stirring.
