Abstract: A method includes generating a layout for an integrated circuit device in accordance with a plurality of layout design rules. A plurality of metrology sites on the layout associated with at least one subset of the layout design rules is identified. A metrology tag associated with each of the metrology sites is generated. At least one metrology recipe for determining a characteristic of the integrated circuit device is generated based on the metrology tags. Metrology data is collected using the at least one metrology recipe. A selected layout design rule in the at least one subset is modified based on the metrology data.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a mixed integer programming formulation to minimize the total number of operators in a flow shop with different machine rates among workstations, and the results show that the proposed layout can decrease manpower and labor idle time ratio by 15.02% and 12.48% on average, respectively.

Abstract: The invention provides a page component dynamic layout method and apparatus, and a client. By utilizing the method, dynamic layout of Native components on a native WebView can be realized, so that the technical problem of incapability of realizing dynamic layout of the Native components on an HTML page in the prior art is solved and the page layout convenience of operators is improved.

Abstract: The invention discloses an implementation method of a Skill program of automatic mirroring Layout design. In PCB Layout design, the Skill program is implemented by modifying partial configuration files of software, and therefore a background database of the Layout design is modified directly. According to the implementation method, the Skill program is used, mirroring of parts, wiring, via holes and copper foil can be carried out together, waste of a large amount of work done at the early stage of Layout is avoided, a large amount of working hour waste caused by re-layout and rewiring after part mirroring is avoided, and therefore working efficiency is improved.
