Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layout method and layout system for a semiconductor integrated circuit, reducing moving-back man-hours by a timing problem to reduce a development period of a chip. SOLUTION: In a layout design for the semiconductor integrated circuit composing a plurality of blocks divided by functions, a boundary circuit including a logical path connected between the blocks, an order circuit inside each the block connected to the logical path, and a clock path connected to the order circuits is extracted, a first layout wherein at least one of wiring and arrangement of the boundary circuit is fixed is executed, positions of terminals formed in each the block are decided, and a second layout wherein wiring and arrangement of circuits inside each the block are fixed is independently executed in each the block. As a result, timing of the wiring between the different blocks converges in early stages of the layout design to prevent moving-back to a logic design or an upstream process of the layout design. Abstract: Purpose – Compared with conventional design methods, strut-and-tie modeling is a more suitable and even a superior method for the reinforcement layout design of structural members with uncommon geometrical shapes and/or regions essentially subject to shear effects. Because determination of the optimum strut-and-tie model for each of the members is an important task, implementation of a topology optimization method could be useful before the detailing stage. The paper aims to discuss these issues. Design/methodology/approach – Optimum reinforcement layout of a concrete frame was designed by an integrated approach, which consists of topology optimization and strut-and-tie modeling methods. Subsequently, an experimental comparison of the new model with the conventional model was performed based on their structural behaviors. Abstract: The invention provides an irregular DIV dynamic layout method. Primary page layout is realized on a blank page through a newly added algorithm of a DIV unit, the DIV unit is used for setting a widget, the DIV unit is dragged on the primary page layout, and meanwhile, the order of the page layout is ensured. The modular modification of page elements is realized on the page with relatively random element layout, high customizing degree and high diversification like a report form. The DIV unit becomes a replaceable, draggable and reusable assembly, namely the DIV unit can be initialized, dynamically laid and dragged by virtue of the dynamic layout of the page elements.
