Abstract: Nowadays networks of analyses based in non-classic logics are used with success in the treatment of uncertainties The characteristic of accepting the contradiction in his structure is the main cause of the methodologies based in Paraconsistent Logic is ideals for applications in systems of analyses and decision making In this work we presented an algorithm based in Paraconsistent logic capable to extract in a gradual way the effects of the contradiction in originated signals of information of uncertain knowledge database The Algorithm Paraconsistent Extractor of Contradiction effects - Paraextrctrctr is formed with base in fundamental concepts of the Paraconsistent Annotated Logic with annotation of two values (PAL2v) it can be applied in filters of networks of analyses of signal information where uncertain and contradictory signals can be present The process of extraction of the effect of the contradiction is always begun by the largest inconsistency degree among two signals that belong to the group that is in analysis In the end of the analysis it is found a consensus value In this work we presented numeric example and one example of application of the Paraextrctrctr in Load Profile Forecast used in support to decision of the operation in an Electric Power System, but his application potentiality is demonstrated in several fields of the Artificial Intelligence

We study their basic properties and their relations with other paraconsistent logics, in particular da Costa’s paraconsistent logics C1 and its extension \(C1+\).

Abstract: In this paper we have presented an expert system built with paraconsistent artificial neural network (PANN) applied to an electrical power transmission system operation support in real time. The paraconsistent expert system, PES, is capable of offering a diagnosis and proposition of the optimal restorative strategy to the electrical power transmission system after a contingency. This paraconsistent expert system (PES) uses the Annotated Paraconsistent logic to produce diagnosis suggesting the restorative strategy based in the analysis of occurrence information (load breakers, protections, etc.). In the re-establishment suggestions the systemic restrictions are respected regarding suitable voltage levels and limits of the load of the involved equipments based in informations from the database of previous operations. The logic used by the PES to take decisions is the annotated paraconsistent logic (APL) which belongs to a class of the non-classic logical denominated of paraconsistent logic-PL. The using of APL, brings certain advantages in comparison with the classic logic because it allows manipulation of contradictory signals, and, thus, presents a faster and reliable action for taking decisions in case of receptions of vague, ambiguous and inconsistent information. The results demonstrate that the Paraconsistent Logic, with their algorithms and the paraconsistent artificial neural cells artificial, opens a great field for researches and developments and can be used with promising results for implementations of applied expert in the electric power systems Re-establishment for different topologic configurations
