Abstract: The invention discloses a low temperature labeling construction hot melt adhesive and a preparation method thereof The low temperature labeling construction hot melt adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of polyolefin plastomer, 10-30 parts of metallocene polypropylene, 20-40 parts of petroleum resin and 03-05 part of an anti-aging agent The low temperature labeling construction hot melt adhesive is made from environment-friendly materials, and has no peculiar smell; the appetency with an OPP film, a pearl film and a paper-plastic composite film and a paper label is strong, and thus the bonding strength is better; low temperature construction at 120-130 DEG C can be performed, the construction work is smooth enough to generate no wire drawing, and the cold resistance and heat resistance are very good; the curing time is shorter, the coordination with automatic labeling equipment is better, and thus the working efficiency is higher; no aging is produced, no carbonization is produced to block a spray head, and thus spraying equipment is better protected

Abstract: The invention discloses a multilayer film for packaging a welding rod The multilayer film comprises a surface layer, an intermediate layer and a heat-seal layer, wherein the surface layer and the heat-seal layer are adhered to the intermediate layer through a bonding layer; the surface layer comprises 70wt% of aliphatic polyester resin and 30wt% of glycerin fatty acid ester; the heat-seal layer comprises ultra low density polyethylene, and one or more than one of reinforced medium density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, ethylene alpha-olefin plastomer copolymer, metallocene polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; the intermediate layer comprises ethylene-alpha olefin copolymer The surface roughness of the film is in the range from 02nm to 35nm, the temperature range is from -40 to 130 degrees centigrade, and the tensile modulus is in the range from 500 to 1600MPa The multilayer shrink film is wider in heat-seal temperature range and better in mechanical and optical performances

Abstract: Batch inclusion packages made from films and film structures are disclosed. The films and film structures have at least one layer comprising a polyolefin plastomer or elastomer together with relatively high levels of inorganic filler. The batch inclusion packages are useful in wrapping or containing various materials, such as asphalt or bitumen, as the packages are very miscible in such materials.

Abstract: The utility model relates to an all-purpose gripper with a magneto-rheological plastomer. The gripper comprises a U-shaped supporting frame, a coil wound around the middle of the supporting frame, a partition plate arranged in the middle of the supporting frame, an interlayer formed between the partition plate and the coil as well as between the partition plate and the U-shaped supporting frame, a rubber jacket arranged outside in a close wrapping mode, and the high-performance magneto-rheological plastomer arranged between the U-shaped supporting frame and the rubber jacket in a filling mode, wherein a rechargeable battery and a circuit control circuit are placed in the interlayer. According to the all-purpose gripper, the grab strength can be adjusted, the shape of the gripper can be changed so that the gripper can be better attached to the surface of an article, meanwhile, the overall structure is simple, and manufacturing cost is low.
