Abstract: PURPOSE:To manufacture the title mold coil for high frequency high voltage transformer excellent in withstand voltage by a method wherein a plastomer sheet type insulator is wound up around the periphery of a thermosetting resin bobbin to be externally wound up with a winding while a raw coil provided with the winding wound up with the similar sheet type insulator around respective layers and then the periphery of the raw coil is molded in specific reactive oligomer. CONSTITUTION:Plastomer sheet type insulator 3 is wound up around a thermosetting resin made-bobbin 1 or thermosetting resin laminated sheet bobbin set by reactive oligomer kneaded with an organic filler while a raw coil provided with one each or multiple each of windings 2 comprising the plastomer sheet type insulator 3 externally wound up around respective winding layers are formed and then the periphery of the raw coil is molded in the reactive oligomer in exceeding 50wt% of the inorganic matter content in density of 0.8g/cm -2.2g/cm . For example, the bobbin 1 comprising the thermosetting resin such as the reactive oligomer, etc., homogeneous to the molding resin 5 to be molded in rectangular cylindrical shape having slightly rounded corners. Furthermore, as for the sheet type insulator 3, polyethyleneterephthalate, etc., with mica powder stuck thereto is applicable.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method is provided to reinforce weather resistance, flexibility and flexural rigidity of finished products and to improve printability, thereby aesthetic aspects of floor materials are impressive and workability is improved. CONSTITUTION: As to floor materials used for a floor side of building installation, the polyolefin-group environment-friendly floor material(100) is laminated with a solubility index 5.4 or 5.7g / 10min, to a density 1.0 or 1.1g / cm^3, a melting point 128°C or 130°C to, a softening point 98 or 105°C, to a tensile strength 350 or 370kg /cm^3, an extension rate 240 or 250% range of a low density polyethylene and polymethylmetaacrylate resin, a transparency Mori Ramulus layer(11) of 270μm to a thickness 230 of a product configuration in which a copolymers compound is coextruded to a sheet. The polyolefin-group environment-friendly floor material is laminated with a surface layer(10), in which a quick drying (HOT MELT) adhesive of an ethyl vinyl acetate resin system, has with the first glue layer(12) of the product configuration coextruded into one body to a thickness 20 or 50μm in the lower part of the transparency Mori Ramulus layer, the polyolefin-group environment-friendly floor material is laminated with a printing sheet layer(23), in which a thermoplastic plastomer compound consisting of weather resistance promoter, titanium oxide, is coextruded into sheets, and a printing sheet(21) of a thickness 60 or 70μm has a print pattern(22), The polyolefin-group environment-friendly floor material is laminated with a printing layer(20), in which a quick drying (HOT MELT) adhesive of an ethyl vinyl acetate resin system, has with the second glue layer(24) of the product configuration coextruded into one body to a thickness 20 or 50μm in the lower part of the printing sheet, the polyolefin-group environment-friendly floor material is laminated with a stop layer(30) of a solubility index 3.85 or 4.0g / 10min, a density 1.05 or 1.3g / cm^3, a melting point 121 or 127°C, a softening point 101 or 107°C, and a denaturation linear low density polyethylene system thermoplastic plastomer compound processed by a calendar mode into a sheet of a thickness 1.3 and a density 1.7 or 1.9, the polyolefin-group environment-friendly floor material is laminated with a balance layer(50), a undenrlying layer(40), the stop layer, the printing layer and the surface layer, from the bottom of the floor materials, in order.
