Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method for polygonum multiflorum oil tea, and belongs to the technical field of beverage processing. The method comprises the procedures of preparing materials and preparing tea water, wherein the materials include oil fruits which are prepared by the following steps: a1, uniformly mixing glutinous rice flour, the polygonum multiflorum and sesames to obtain a mixture; adding fruit ferment, egg white, honey and water into the mixture to rub, and standing rubbed rice cluster for 30-50 minutes at the room temperature; b1, regulating pH value of the rice cluster in the step a1 to 6.8-7; c1, preparing the rice cluster obtained in the step b1 into a plurality of small pills, thereby obtaining the oil fruits; and the tea water is prepared by the following steps: a2, washing tea; b2, frying tea; c2, cooking tea: adding water and the polygonum multiflorum into tea leaves fried in the step b2, covering and boiling for 30-35 minutes, and cooling and filtering, thereby obtaining the polygonum multiflorum oil tea. The invention provides the preparation method for the polygonum multiflorum oil tea which is full of fragrance in waste, cool and refreshing, and has effects of refreshing and prolonging life.

In addition, the composition of the present invention can be ingested in the form of food as the composition has no toxicity.

Abstract: The invention relates to a tissue culture method of red flower polygonum, comprising the steps of obtaining sterile materials, splitting and breeding germ, cultivating adventitious bud strong seedling, cultivating root, hardening seedling, replanting, and the like. Compared with the prior art, the invention greatly improves the breeding speed of red flower polygonum and the uniformity of the seedling, improves the stability of the character and can realize factory and batch production of grow seedlings.
