Abstract: Degradation dynamics and final residues of metalaxyl in the fungicide hymexazol-metalaxyl aqueous solution(its Chinese commercial name being Guangkuling) in the Chinese traditional medicinal plant Polygonum capitatum Buch were estimated by HPLC.The results showed that the half-life of metalaxyl in P.capitatum and the soil was 6.7~7.3 days and 12.6~13.9 days,respectively.When the P.capitatum plants were sprayed twice or three times at the recommended maximum dose of 22.5 g·a·i/ha or even at 45 g·a·i/ha and harvested 14 days after the last application,the residue level of metalaxyl in P.capitatum and the soil was lower than 0.5 mg/kg,the permissible maximum residue limit on vegetables in China.Therefore,11.25~22.50 g·a·i/ha should be a safe recommended dose on P.capitatum in Guiyang region.

Whereby, the whitening agent has low skin irritation while showing an excellent deactivation effect against tyrosinase and melamine production-inhibiting effect. CONSTITUTION: The whitening agent containing 0.0001 to 5% by weight of the Polygonum aviculare Linne. extract is prepared by extracting Polygonum aviculare Linne. in C1-3 anhydrous or hydrous alcohol, or ethyl acetate at 4 to 30deg.C for 3 to 20 days and concentrating. For example, 100g Polygonum aviculare Linne. is cut and extracted in 1L ethyl alcohol(70%) at room temperature for 10 days, filtered with a filter paper with 300 mesh, left alone for 1 week and then concentrated at 50deg.C after filtering.

The method comprises the following steps of using 100 jin of water and 1-6 jin of salt to prepare salt water, placing polygonum multiflorum tender stems and leaves into the salt water, soaking the leaves for 1 hour to 30 days, taking the stems and the leaves out and performing package. The polygonum multiflorum tender stems and leaves are fresh, or the fresh polygonum multiflorum tender stems and leaves are boiled in boiling water for 1-20 seconds and then placed into purified water or tap water with the temperature between 10 DEG C and 25 DEG C. Nutrition ingredients of the polygonum multiflorum tender stems and leaves can be retained, and the polygonum multiflorum tender tip vegetable is free of bitter taste or has light bitter taste and can be produced in a commercialized mode.

According to the planting method, a planting site is subjected to deep ploughing, land preparing and reasonable fertilizing, the growing environment of polygonum multiflorum can be improved, and after polygonum multiflorum seedlings are planted in the early stage, rooting is easy, and the survival rate is high; in following growth, the polygonum multiflorum seedlings absorb full nutrients from ridges, and growing is rapid. The polygonum multiflorum seedlings between adjacent rows are planted in an interlaced mode, it is guaranteed that nutrients in the planning site are fully absorbed, the interference influence of side-by-side planting is avoided, disease resistance and insect-damage resistance are enhanced accordingly, and the high-yield and high-quality aims are achieved; from the point of ecological and economic benefits, the important effect on adjustment of the industrial structure and farmer income increasing is achieved, and the large popularization value is achieved.
