TL;DR: In this paper, a technique for planting polygonum multiflorum is described. But the technique is mainly applied to the technical field of planting of polygonal multilayer and a preparation method thereof.
Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of planting of polygonum multiflorum, in particular to culture soil of polygonum multiflorum and a preparation method thereof. The culture soil is mainly prepared from the following raw materials of 30% to 40% of furnace residues, 20% to 30% of leaf mold, 10% to 20% of corn straw powder, 5% to 15% of vegetable seed meal, 3% to 8% of composted cow dung,1% to 3% of chitosan, 1% to 5% of bone meal, 1.5% to 2.5% of ammonia sulfate, and 0.5% to 1.5% of monopotassium phosphate. The culture soil has the advantages that after the raw materials are preparedaccording to the ratio, the air ventilating and water permeation properties are good, the mildew-proof and anti-corrosive effects are obvious, the planting survival rate of polygonum multiflorum is increased, the planting cost of planting farmers is reduced, and the economic benefit is increased.

TL;DR: In this paper, an inactivating agent for HBs antigen comprising lignin extrated from plants as an active constituent was proposed, which comprss the Lignin extracted from (a) gymnospermous plants, e.g. a podocarp, black pine, longleaf pine, fir, silver fir, sugi, hinoki, or Ephedra sinica stapf, or (b) choripetalous plants.
Abstract: PURPOSE:An inactivating agent for HBs antigen comprising lignin extrated from plants as an active constituent. CONSTITUTION:An inactivaing agent comprsing lignin extracted from (A) gymnospermous plants, e.g. a podocarp, black pine, longleaf pine, fir, silver fir, sugi, hinoki, or Ephedra sinica stapf, or (B) choripetalous plants, e.g. a weeping willow, Alnum firma Sieb.et Zucc., Quercus glauca Thunb., Polygonum multiflorum Thunb., rhubarb, cinnamon tree, laurel tree, Eurya japonica Prunus yedoensis Matsum., strawberry, sugar maple, Acer Buergeriana Miq., winged spindle tree, loosestrife, or Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc. as an active constituent.

TL;DR: Hairy roots of Polygonum multiflorum contains not only glycosyltransferase but also hydrolysis enzymes and two biotransformation products were isolated and identified.
Abstract: Objective To synthesis 4-methyl-7-allyloxy coumarin by Williamson etherification from 4-methyl-7-hydroxy coumarin and apply as a substrate in hairy roots of Polygonum multiflorum. Methods The synthesis reaction of 4-methyl-7-allyloxy coumarin used the allyl bromide and potassium carbonate as catalysts, and acetone as solvent reacted for 17 hours, then the product was isolated. 4-methyl-7-allyloxy coumarin was added into the media of supension transgenic hairy roots of Polygonum multiflorum which had been precultured for 8 d, and then co-cultured for another 7 d. The biotransformation products were detected by TLC and HPLC and isolated by various chromatographic methods. Results Two biotransformation products, 4-methyl-7-hydroxy coumarin and 4-methyl-coumarin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside were isolated and identified. Conclusion Hairy roots of Polygonum multiflorum contains not only glycosyltransferase but also hydrolysis enzymes.
