Abstract: The invention provides a Polygonum multiflorum Thunb vinegar and a preparation method thereof. The Polygonum multiflorum Thunb vinegar is prepared through using Polygonum multiflorum Thunb, sorghum , wheat bran, black soybean, ginger, edible old wine and vitamin C. The preparation method comprises the following steps: brewing concentrate vinegar through using Polygonum multiflorum Thunb powder, blending with a Polygonum multiflorum Thunb immersion extract liquid, adding the edible old wine, blending, adding vitamin C, bending, carrying out clarifying filtration and disinfection, filling, and sealing to prepare the Polygonum multiflorum Thunb vinegar. The method reinforces the healthcare function of the Polygonum multiflorum Thunb and realizes vitamin C supplementation, so the prepared Polygonum multiflorum Thunb vinegar has the functions of immunity regulation, beard and hair blacking, blood fat reducing and the like, has a sour, fragrant and mellow mouthfeel, and has a unique flavor.

The formula of the polygonum multiflorum-containing sun-resistant moisturizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55 parts of polygonum multiflorum, 1.2 parts of beewax, 0.5 part of preservative, 6 parts of stearic acid, 0.2 part of an antioxidant, 3 parts of cetyl alcohol, 3 parts of propylene glycol, 2.5 parts of isopropyl myristate, 3 parts of sorbitol, 0.3 part of essence, 6 part of squalane monostearate and 75 parts of deionized water. Abstract: The invention discloses a polygonum multiflorum, ginkgo leaf, salt black bean and duck meat sausage. The polygonum multiflorum, ginkgo leaf, salt black bean and duck meat sausage is prepared from, by weight, 100-110 parts of duck meat, 1-2 parts of fermented celery powder, 7-8 parts of salt black beans, 14-15 parts of fat lining, 1-2 parts of straw, 1-2 parts of ginkgo leaves, 1.7-2 parts of polygonum multiflorum and a proper amount of procyanidine, starch, ground pepper, aginomoto, ground nutmeg, table salt and water. The fermented celery powder is adopted as a curing agent so that the effect of synthetic sodium nitrite can be achieved, and can serve as a natural curing agent replacing synthetic sodium nitrite, and the performance on the aspects of remnance of nitrite and oxidation resistance is very good. Traditional Chinese medicinal materials such as ginkgo leaves and polygonum multiflorum are further added, so that the sausage has the healthcare effects of invigorating the heart, promoting blood circulation to arrest pain and relaxing bowels. The duck meat sausage is moderate in saltiness, savory and mellow in taste and long in aftertaste.
