Abstract: The invention discloses a solid fermentation method for polygonum hydropiper linn preparations by the aid of bacillus subtilis, fermentation products of the solid fermentation method and application.The solid fermentation method includes smashing daphniphyllum calycillum benth and polygonum hydropiper; uniformly mixing the daphniphyllum calycillum benth and the polygonum hydropiper with each other to obtain polygonum hydropiper linn powder; sterilizing the polygonum hydropiper linn powder; adding nutrient meat juice culture media and the bacillus subtilis into the polygonum hydropiper linn powder; fermenting and cultivating the polygonum hydropiper linn powder under the conditions of the temperatures of 22-30 DEG C and the humidity of 50%-90%.The solid fermentation method, the fermentation products and the application have the advantages that fermentation tests are carried out on polygonum hydropiper linn compounds by the aid of microbial fermentation technologies, fermentation strains are screened, and the fermentation conditions are optimized, so that the inexpensive, efficient and zero-pollution Chinese herbal compound fermentation finished products can be obtained; as discovered by experiments, obvious inhibition effects can be realized by fermentation extract liquid for writhing response of mice due to acetic acid; certain inhibition effects can be realized for increase of capillary permeability of the mice due to the acetic acid, obvious inhibition effects can be realized for ear swelling due to dimethylbenzene and foot swelling due to egg white, gastric mucosa damage due to the acetic acid can be reduced, exudation of HA in tissues can be obviously inhibited, excellent anti-inflammation and analgesia curative effectives can be realized, and curative effects of the fermentation products are obviously superior to curative effects of unfermented polygonum hydropiper linn extract.

Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of production of medicines, and relates to a processing method of polygonum multiflorum ultra-thin slices The processing method comprises the following steps: cleaning polygonum multiflorum tubers; spreading and air-drying until moisture of surfaces of the polygonum multiflorum tubers reaches 86-92%; uniformly spreading on a drying rack; baking at the temperature of 60-70 DEG C; baking until the moisture content of the polygonum multiflorum tubers reaches 80+/-3% at the constant temperature of 80 DEG C when indoor humidity is 40-60%; slicing the baked polygonum multiflorum tubers into slices with thicknesses of 1-5mm to obtain semi-dry slices; uniformly spreading the semi-dry slices on the drying rack, wherein the thickness of a single layer is 5-8 cm; baking at the constant temperature of 80-90 DEG C; meanwhile opening an air inlet and outlet opening; stopping heating until the moisture content of the slices reaches 10%; closing the air inlet and outlet opening; and opening all ventilating openings after 12 hours and obtaining the polygonum multiflorum ultra-thin slices when difference between indoor temperature and outdoor temperature is zero The ultra-thin slices processed by the method are high in integrity, and content of effective elements is high

The novel method for raising seedlings with Polygonatum multiflorum seeds helps increase the growth speed of Polygonatum multiflorum seedlings, lower the management cost and meet the requirement for quick and efficient production of the polygonum multiflorum seedlings, and is suitable for large-scale production of Polygonum multiflorum seedlings.

Abstract: The invention discloses a pouch-dispelling composition. The composition contains a polygonum multiflorum stem cell extract and a pouch-dispelling plant extract. According to the pouch-dispelling composition disclosed by the invention, the polygonum multiflorum stem cell extract and the pouch-dispelling plant extract are compounded, the polygonum multiflorum stem cell extract is used for promotingself-repairing and renewing of stem cells and enabling skin cells to continuously regenerate, the absorption of nutritional ingredients in the plant extract by the cells can be further promoted, thus,the polygonum multiflorum stem cell extract and the plant extract can exert a synergistic effect, and further, the composition can have a relatively good pouch-dispelling effect. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a skin care product containing the pouch-dispelling composition.
