Abstract: The invention discloses a continuous unshipping machine capable of realizing unshipping from two sides and an unshipping method. The continuous unshipping machine comprises a portal frame, wherein a sea-side supporting column and a land-side supporting column are respectively mounted on two sides of the bottom of the portal frame; a rotary frame is mounted at the upper part of the portal frame through a rotary bearing; the rotary frame is of a truss structure, and a central sliding tube for receiving a material is arranged in the center of the rotary frame; a balance beam is arranged at the upper part of the rotary frame; the front end of the rotary frame is connected with a material taking and lifting system for extracting the material through a horizontally arranged boom system; and a belt conveyer system for conveying the material is arranged in the boom system. According to the continuous unshipping machine capable of realizing unshipping from two sides and the unshipping method which are disclosed by the invention, the whole continuous unshipping machine is in a sealed state; in the whole material conveying process, the phenomena of dust flying and material scattering are avoided, so that an extremely good environmental protection effect is achieved; furthermore, the continuous unshipping machine is compact in structure, high in practicability, energy-saving and efficient; all the used components are independently manufactured, and convenient to machine and assemble; and one set of equipment can realize unshipping from the sea side and the land side, thus realizing a strong function.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a vertical type drilling and tapping indexing combined machine tool which comprises a base, a Y-axis sliding portal frame, a digital control indexing table, a Z-axis ram rod, a drill bit frame and a universal drill bit. The two edges of the upper end of the base are each longitudinally provided with a Y-direction guide rail. The digital control indexing table is installed in the center of the upper end of the base and can rotate relatively to the base. The Y-axis sliding portal frame is installed on the Y-direction guide rails, and a cross beam of the Y-axis sliding portal frame is provided with an X-axis-direction lead screw and a servo motor driving the X-axis-direction lead screw to rotate. The Z-axis ram rod is movably installed on the X-axis-direction lead screw of the Y-axis sliding portal frame through a sliding block. The drill bit frame is installed on the Z-axis ram rod. The universal drill bit is installed on the drill bit frame. The vertical type drilling and tapping indexing combined machine tool has the functions of drilling, tapping and milling, and is low in cost and high in machining efficiency.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a laser-mechanical carving-cutting all-in-one machine which comprises an underframe with two sides provided with guide rails, a working platform arranged on the underframe and portal frames capable of moving along the guide rails at the two sides of the underframe, wherein the portal frames are two independent portal frames which are a laser portal frame provided with a laser carving device and a mechanical portal frame provided with a mechanical carving device respectively. The laser-mechanical carving-cutting all-in-one machine has the benefits as follows: mechanical processing and laser processing are complementary to each other, and the two processing manners can process on a same point so as to avoid the phenomenon of dislocation due to secondary fixture. Simultaneously, raw material resources are saved, production cost is reduced, the utilization rate of the raw material is improved to a greater extent, and better and more perfect effect can be obtained for a processed product.
